Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

Ikki would close his eyes and await for her to get close enough to him he would then vanish into thin air and says "Ranton Style Black Flood Jutsu" just then the cliff would become a room and it would begin to fill with water quickly drowning Ai and making it near impossible to escape

((Sorry to Butt in but Ikki..you dont have "Ranton Style Black Flood Jutsu" in your jutsu list..and Ranton is LIGHT release not water and you dont have the water element..))
