Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

Sora flickered on top of a rock that was in the center of a lake surrounding the at the north end of the lake there was a large cliff with a large amount of rocks and boulders at its feet, forest trees surrounded the rest of the lake yet for some reason Sora was out in the open on a boulder, he stood there waiting for opponents to arrive

Suirai entered the area Flickering unto the water of the lake with his arms folded staring at Sora, Suirai would wait until his other opponent arrived to kick this battle off, the environment was perfect for Suirai as he was a water style user.
