Once its placed on his opponents he can fool his opponents during battle, that appearance is not what it seems when fighting Jinraiya now that this genjutsu is activated and his opponent acknowledges him afterwards. The opponent experience a false concept that Jinraiya is heading towards him lightning fast or super slow. which gives Jinraiya the upper hand because he can strike fast when his opponent thinks it's slow or strike slow when the opponent think it's fast.

Description: Jinraiya would preform the same handseals for Clone Technique however the clean he creates, when they are Attacked it puts the striker in an Genjutsu thats a B or C level of Jinraiya's choosing on after it poofs. The smoke is mixed with his Chakra so the Genjutsu is set when the clone is destroyed and only works for up close, hand to hand or short to med ranged weapon attacks.

Description: Jinraiya would preform handseals quickly and after he preform handseals, once the opponent acknowledges Jinraiya then his genjutsu trap is activated. Jinraiya would then tell stories of pure random that the opponent would believe is true and it would happen but not really. It would only happen to the opponent because whatever Jinraiya says, the mind of the opponent reacts. Such as Jinraiya saying "Now, my opponent is on a fairy tale land with talking animals like a disney movie." the opponent's mind would enter that world and since his Kekkei Genkai alters the mind's reality then the senses of the opponent would feel, hear, smell, taste and see the animals and everything having the opponent believe he is there. It can be broken but it would take alot of concentration.
Note: He cannot have the mind believe it's dead.

This genjustu also turns living real people look like multiple Jinraiya's to make false appearence. The target could accidently kill one of his own because again, it plays it's genjutsu on the mind and the five senses are a part of the brain so the five senses acknowledges whatever genjutsu Jinraiya place on him.
