Shika Vs Jinraiya

'He actually think I'm gonna sit here and fight a guy that size? In speed I may beat him but in Strength I'm clearly no match so I'm not even gonna sugar coat it at all. It's fine however, I'm gonna make quick work of him so fast its like a flash. Jinraiya started to preform handseals and as he did so, he uses chakra control to transfer chakra to his feet and glared at his opponent. In a flash of blur appeared in the eyes of Jinraiya as his normal blue eyes transformed into the infamous Genjutsu based Doujutsu known as the Tsuraigan. The Heart Breaking, Mind binding eye that would put you in a tight situation when battling a skilled member of the clan. He keeps his eyes on his opponent and then in a flash he was in the air, and I mean high. Infact to be more percise he was twenty feet in the air. What he did was simple and will use all through the battle. As he is preforming handseals and in the air, he used chakra control which he didn't need handseals for because it comes common to Jinraiya to transfer some chakra to his feet. Afterwards he would use chakra control to muniplate the chakra in his feet so he can alter between his own physical energy and chakra energy from time to time. It also gives him a boost in dodging and makes him move alot more faster aswell. He can do the same for his strength by placing the chakra in his hands but he doesn't because he isn't a strength kinda person. Jinraiya then finishes his handseals slowly lands in a tree nearby. "Luminating Sight." He said with a light smirk as he tilted his hat slightly and bent his head down. He dashed towards the opponent swiftly with the help of his chakra engulfed feet. "...Call me Jinraiya, your Nightmare!"

Description: Luminating Sight is a jutsu that allows Jinraiya to place movement illusions on his opponents. Once its placed on his opponents he can fool his opponents during battle, that appearance is not what it seems when fighting Jinraiya now that this genjutsu is activated and his opponent acknowledges him afterwards. The opponent experience a false concept that Jinraiya is heading towards him lightning fast or super slow. which gives Jinraiya the upper hand because he can strike fast when his opponent thinks it's slow or strike slow when the opponent think it's fast.

Due to the Raidengan that was activated in Shikas eyes it gave him a big advantage, he was able to see the chakra flow of his opponent. The down side about this was that Shika had his back to him, which only effected him a little. Although Shika did have his back to his opponent he knew that someone was in the area which led to Shika turning around to see who stood before him. It was a young man that was standing on a tree branch glaring down at Shika, but just because of his experience he has had with people Shika never looks at the eyes of his opponent, Instead he watches there feet. From there Shika is able to tell or predict the movements of someone due to effect of his 2nd Stage Mature Raidengan. So now Shika knew just before the Shinobi jumped that he was going to do, and with his speeds Shika wouldn't of been able to follow his movements, but since his Raidengan was activated he was able to see everything at his own speed. Meaning that the Shinobi from the hidden sand may of thought that he was moving at a fast speed, but in Shikas eyes he wasn't. The Shinobi was moving as if he was in slow motion allowing Shika to react faster, and attack before the other Shinobi had a chance to. While he was in the air slowly making his hand signs Shika quickly made a flicker to the other side of the field which would of caused the Shinobi some confusion because of how fast he was moving. Shika had already copied his speeds, but knew that he had to keep it to a minimum. Quickly making a couple hand signs Shika pushed off his right foot causing him to fly int he air just as he finished his hands signs he was forced to open his mouth allowing a strong gust of wind to emerge from his mouth. The Guts of wind was so strong that it shoot Shika back to the ground while it lounged towards the Shinobi in the air not giving him enough time to finish his hand signs, instead he would have to try and dodge the attack of he would be blow out of the sky into the massive trees. After shika was sent back to the ground he began making hand signs again still with his kusarigama in his hands because he was able to hold it while doing hand signs. If his attack wouldn't of been successful, he had something else in store for his opponent it was all just a matter of time before he would attack again.
