Peace in the snow

Inside the village hidden snow Yukito the Leader of the village sat in his office his back to the desk and door of his office staring out through the window looking out on the village, on his desk were piles of paper work which he had already looked through and signed, he always did make sure he completed his paper work since it was the only thing he usually did being the village Leader he rarely did any missions what so ever, he literally had nothing to do so he decided to monitor his village for now, using his snow disturbance Jutsu checking for any foreigners who might have entered the village, if they had high chakra levels he would pay special attention to them just in case they could be some sort of threat to his peaceful village.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door "Yukito - Sama I'm coming in.." Said someone behind the door, it Was Frost Tenka a Jounin of the snow village and a Younger cousin of Yukito, he had just completed a High class solo mission and had returned with the report, it was a diplomatic mission as well as one of assassination and body guarding in the land of birds, with the Ninja war on the rise diplomatic missions were constant for the snow village as it was one of the minor and small villages. Frost entered the Office of the snow village leader Yukito wearing his usual Cloak and Hoody he had a scroll in his hand which contained the report from the mission "I've completed my mission" He said resting the scroll on Yukito's Desk

Yukito turned around and looked at Frost through his Glasses with a dull expression on his face he then turned his attention to the scroll placed on his desk and picked it up in his hand and looked at it for a few seconds then looked back up to Frost "I trust there were no complications in your mission" Yukito said sternly looking at him Diplomatic missions were very important after all, Yukito already had another Mission planned for Frost and a peaceful diplomatic mission it was since there was a Ninja war going on Allies would be needed

"No complications at all," Frost said politely "There are rumors there however of an Impending stone village or Sand village invasions, though those are just rumors" Frost knew very well that a fight with one of the five great shinobi nations was inevitable and being a small village and country the Snow village was at a terrible disadvantage

Yukito Nodded at Frost and turned slightly and looked back out the window of his office looking down on the snow village gripping the scroll in hand he then turned back "Alright then....Frost I have another Mission for you," Yukito said pulling a scroll from his desk "I need you to go to the village hidden in the stone now, and give this scroll to their Tsuchikage it's time the snow village looked for close allies.." Yukito handed Frost the scroll knowing he was good enough for a mission like this the stone village was close to the land of snow which made them a good potential Ally

Frost took the scroll and nodded showing his acceptance of the mission brought before him, he took the scroll and put it in a pouch under his coat "I'll complete this mission for you Yukito Sama" He said putting his Hand up with his index and middle finger sticking out and poofed away using the body flicker technique

Yukito then after Frost Poofed away opened up the report scroll Frost had left and read it looking at every detail of the mission then after he did he put it into a part of his desk and stood up and clasped his hands together ending his Snow disturbance jutsu ceasing his monitoring of the village "Tell the Patrol they may continue now I need to rest.." Yukito said suddenly an ANBU black ops member came from the shadowy corner of his office "Yes Yukito-Sama.." He replied and flickered away, Yukito had been monitoring the village all day with the jutsu and he needed to rest, he then walked out of his office to rest...
