Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

He had a mission for his team it was very simple and easy any shinobi can pull this off with ease.The mission was to go to the five great villages and gather information on the villages and see if they need anything.Ikki was very bored around the base doing nothing and since te team only comes to gather to discuss the odds of subjects,he decided to tell them to actually do something so he sent his bird Himari into the skies to find his shinobi.
