So basically, by combing the two elements, Ophelia is able to create and manipulate minerals and gems. Gems being like diamonds and quartz and such, minerals counting as anything from Abelsonite to Zunyite.

There is not a set list of what Ophelia can do with her Kekkai Genkai, really. It's limited more to imagination and her amount of chakra while doing so. However, in the future, a list of 'Most-Used Attacks' might be created. Although he two most-used substances are Diamond, known as one of the toughest substances [Or so I was informed], and Quartz, a fairly durable gem that is known to amplify energies. [Like chakra etc]

Seigi is an enchanted axe, first off~! It is made completely of onyx and is enchanted to be able to slip through anything organic! [Not cut, slip! Like go straight through without any damage done to axe or thing being slipped through. : 'D Hence why it is stored in the diamond tattoo on Ophelia's chest! It can grow in length and size, but it's weight will always remain the same. [Approx 90-150lbs]
