Description: To break out of a genjutsu, the user stop the flow of chakra in their body, and then apply an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra, therefore, breaking out of the jutsu.
2 Name: Danching winds.

Description: Adding chakra to her hands, Reikou can create a powerfull whirlwind. The whirlwind`s size will depend on the enemy, the battlefield, and how much chakra she has left. Normale Reikou adds kunai`s into the whirlwind, but she can also add exsplosion tags, she can activate by throwing a kunai at it, unless the enemy avoids of cause. Its a strong jutsu, wich takes most of her chakra, normaly used as a last resort or to finish off a enemy fast.
3 Name: Raiki wave.

Description: Raiki wave is a jutsu Reikou often uses, normaly when the enemy is comming directly add her. By slamming her hands against a surface, she can lead the lightniing through the object, creating damage. The damage isent deadly if the enemy or thing to destroy is to big.
4 Name: Lightning Hound

Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack. Being a Lightning Release ninjutsu, it requires a large amount of chakra from the user to maintain and thus is a risk to use with a low chakra supply.
5 Name: Wind Cutter Technique

Desciption:
A large slicing wind will be created which can cut through his opponent. This can be used to immobilize large targets. This technique can also be used to divide and neutralize an incoming wind attack launched against the user and make it harmless.
7 Name: Lightning Destruction

Desciption:The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.
8 Name: Electromagnetic Murder

Desciption:This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

Desciption: This technique creates a large explosion of wind from the user's location, easily leveling everything in its path. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

Description:A Genjutsu technique that allows Arashi to disappear and approach her
target. Once she has closed in upon them, a pillar of ice will shoot up
behind them, ribbons of crystal binding them so they can no longer move.
Once the illusion forces them to believe they are captured, she will turn around and stap them

Description:If Arashi comes under attack; she can use this technique to cover her
escape. After forming the needed hand seals, Arashi’s body will disperse
in a spray of glittering crystal. These shards will both confuse and
distract her opponent while she escapes or hides.

4. Name: Moon Flower Reflection

Description:A Ninjutsu that forms a lens, which arashi can string together to spy on
areas far beyond her. She can also form the ice into half-spheres or
disks, which she can stand on to “float”. By forming the ice into a
larger, mirror-like conglomeration, she can hover in the sky to focus
the rays of the sun, sending a powerful beam capable of melting and
exploding a pinpointed area.

Description:A Ninjutsu technique that, upon touching the ground, causes columns of
ice to rise towards a foe. If caught, the ice will encase the target and
imprison them. Arashi can also use this technique as a defensive
measure, raising the ice to form a shield against incoming attacks.

Description:A Ninjutsu technique that creates a large tide of ice water which will
cover her target, as well as the surrounding area, in a frigid deluge.
This technique serves to set up Reidou.
7. Name:Reidou Ice forest

Description:A Ninjutsu technique that serves as a follow-up for Shimo Shinsei’s
technique. After creating the aforementioned conditions, Arashi will
place her hands into the ice water, solidifying its mass into a sea of
jagged spikes, crushing and/or impaling everything inside.
8. Name: Cold bolt

Description:A Ninjutsu technique that summons a giant ring of ice spears above the
target, which Arashi can collapse individually, or as a group, upon the
unlucky individual.
