Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

I need some people who are willing to join my organization Known as Karatsuba,meaning Crows Wing.The colors are white and any color so you can have your options.the cloak is white with the color of the wings being the color you have choosen.

NOTE:If you choose the same color as another member you are apart of their group of Nin.
