Psuedo Tsuchikage

The Kage of a village... It's ruler, it's power... It's foundation, it's rock... A village can crumble without their leader. The people of the village need to be strong, derive their strength from their leader who needs to be solid and fearless... But in the absence of a Kage, someone needs to be in place...

The Tsuchikage has been out on a strange mission with a few elite members of ANBU... She said she would be back soon enough that no one would need to be in place, however she is taking longer than she said that she would. In addition to these times of war, a village without a leader present can be a sitting duck. The elders in the village have decided to appoint Ekitai Purazuma the temporary Kage of the Earth Village. All she will really pose as is a figure head so that the village will not undergo any attacks. For some reason a village without it's leader can just be attacked mercilessly without any military retaliation. Although, Ekitai does have one plan to put into motion while she in in charge. She wants to try and get some of the Akatsuki out of hiding... How she plans on doing this is spreading rumors around that the Earth Village is harboring a Jinchuriki. The Elders did not want her having anyone in the village posing as the Jinchuriki so Purazuma volunteered herself. If the Akatsuki ever show up, then she will take them on herself with the assistance of some ANBU members. She knows the dangers of the Akatsuki and is willing to risk her life to possibly protect the world that much more. But if she fails... It means almost certain death for her village...

His attack would be very chaotic with just him and the little Uchiha who seem to be able to combat him. In the attack even if it was planned out the power would not be enough for the grass village. With that thought in mind he had to make some alliances, he would start with the village hidden beneath the rocks. A very rough and hardcore village, he had to find out for himself how to be a actual Leader. He stops walking, his whole wardrobe completely changed. He actually looked Young, his own age. Wearing all white and his hair still the same he stares up at the top of the north gate of the village. Showing a bit of a smirk “So this is the Stone village…I’ve finally made it” With that comment said he moves towards the village after being checked searched by the guards as they notify there kage that another kage have came to speak with them. Raiken was let into the village searching around, the village temperature was pretty hot but he was getting through knowing that if he would have wore his cloak and hat he would have been burning up. He was directed to the Administrator building where the Kage of the village does there magic. He could feel it, he was being watched by high ranking ninjas but he had to keep his cool, even the slightest wrong impression and he would be ganged up on by the ninjas of the village. Arriving at the building he awaits for his clearance. Afterwards making his way towards the room giving it a slight knock.

Ekitai heard the man while he was down the hall. There was a knock on the door as expected. "Enter" She said calmly. "You must be the Waterfall's leader. What a pleasure it is to finally meet you..." Ekitai turned around and faced him. "I am Ekitai Purazuma, the current Tsuchikage... So what business bring you to my village?" She asked in a serious tone.

As he was at the door, he wondered if they were actually there for the thought of no one saying anything. Then he heard a female say enter from the other side of the door. He opened the door making his way inside of the room as he lightly closed the door behind him. As he walked to the center of the room he removed his hair from his eyes. “Pleasure to meet you as well…..your beauty and power seem to shine bright in this village” with his first statement done he had already scanned the room using his eyes. Getting right down to the point of the matter “I would like to speak of a Alliance between this village and mine” speaking in a more gaara type tone.

"Flattery will get you no where... Although, this is a very bold offer. What do you wish to achieve with this alliance? And are there any terms that you wish to consider for this?" Ekitai was listening extremely carefully for any fluctuation in his voice. She could also hear his heart beat... In times like this, an alliance during a war can be very risky. She needed to make sure he was not lying about any word, letter even, about this allegiance. Ekitai could tell he was serious... But in which sense is what she wanted to know

He blinked at the thought of flattery but it wasn’t the time for such talks. There is business at hand right now. But just the thought of it was a bit funny. “Terms such as like We’ll keep in touch a lot…If your village need help with anything the waterfall village will be supporting 100% such as Akatsuki…I Ask the same” with his first comment folding his arms ”Umm what do you say” his heart rate was extremely slow as the conversation went on.

Ekitai's heart sank "Akatsuki...?" The name killer her inside. "How could you even think of supporting such a rancid group of individuals?" She turned her back "No... I refuse to work with the likes of you. Stooping so low as to work with the Akatsuki... You have lost my respect for your village... Leave now before I have you escorted out..."

With her statement he sighed but raising his head ”Apparently you don’t understand what I’m saying so allow me to explain” with his first statement he raised his hand up staring at his arm “With Akatsuki I can get inside of there head from the inside to stop them….With them trusting me I can easily find out tactics and power and learn how to defeat them from…..the inside out.” With that the statement was done and his eyes are closed. “I mean no harm to your life or village in any way…I just need help” Afterwards standing up looking towards the door looking back "I knew it might have been risky and you might say no but Im trying..I don't know what to do as a Leader...All I ask is support." With that said he vanished in a loud Lightning bolt sound.

Ekitai thought about it...But then put it out of her mind. "Akatsuki... How foolish... They are not stupid... They'll find out his plan, turn around and kill him on the spot. I don't think the Akatsuki will stand for anything like that. They want Orochimaru dead for leaving them I have a feeling betrayal would not go over so well..."
