| Basic InfoName: Willow Saren • Nickname/Alias: None Age: 17 Gender: Female Important Family Members: Her Father Personality: At a first glance, one could assume that Willow is your everyday reserved/self-conscious 17 year old girl. One might expect that someone of her age would spend most of their time buried in scrolls, attempting to further their abilities/knowledge of the Shinobi ways. However, in her opinion, boos are boring and people provide a much more practical/interesting source knowledge. It's rare for Willow to go anywhere in public by herself, it could even be said that she fears being alone. Being the oldest of four children has caused Willow be extremely protective of her siblings and her friends. She will get defensive when anyone does as little as glare at them when she is around, regardless of who they are. There have been numerous incidents through her life in which Willow has found herself in a fairly needless fight, simply to protect the honor of a family member or a friend. Willow is a fun lover and does not always follow the rules that have been established and nor does she follow convention. She will speak her mind with little regard to the consequences, if she believes it will be entertaining. She challenges the authority of her superiors and rarely does as she is told to and easily gets annoyed at those who follow the rules closely. She doesn't do this simply to 'be a rebel', Willow acts the way she does because she believe that there's no fun in conformity. Although Willow is definitely not an introvert, she is not a loud-mouth. Frequent arguments with siblings also have a negative effect on her emotional state. Willow never forgives, nor does she ever forget. If someone was to wrong Willow in a major way, she would extract her vengeance in a way she deemed to be amusing, then forget about the whole thing. In tandem with this harsh-attitude, Willow tends never to trust people, though she is talented at manipulating them into trusting her. Though this is a large character flaw; she can't help her attitude. Willow has a few close friends and most of them are people she grew up knowing, like her family and a few people she knew from her home town; along with a handful of people from her shinobi life. One of the most important relationships in her life is the one she has with her twin sister, Ali. She and Ali are very different in personality and appearance, but Willow relies on her sister for more than she knows; Ali is one of the few people who can stop Willow from taking her games of manipulation too far. While Ali is patient and understanding, Willow is quick to react and cold. Willow's strengths lie primarily in standing up for what she believes in; her own entertainment. In her opinion, life is simply a game which she was born to control; everyone else (minus those she considers to be true friends/family) is simply a toy to be played with and eventually, once she has grown bored of them, tossed away. She stands just 4 inches under 6 foot tall. She has a short torso and long arms and legs. As a child, Willow was always told to sit up straight and as a young adult, she has actually learned to do so most of the time. Despite being confident about being so tall, Willow still occasionally suffers from feelings of inadequacy; this often results in her standing slightly on her toes when in the presence of those taller than her. Her skin is naturally on the pale side and when she goes out in the sun, her cheeks become pink. Even in the middle of the summer, she does not tan easily; Willow's body has become used to the sun over the years, limiting sunburn. Not a single freckle adorn her face despite her skin type, nor anywhere else on her body. Willow inherited most of her father’s looks and as a result, she has straight hair that is naturally very close to midnight black. She keeps it cut approximately shoulder-length, except for her fringe and bangs which hang at her eyes and shoulders respectively. Unfortunately for her, it doesn’t curl one bit. Through the use of hair-dye, Willow can often be seen with a tinge of deep blue or purple through her hair; though it can hardly be noticed over the black. Like her father, she has a thin nose that turns up slightly at the tip. From a profile view, it protrudes a bit less than the average nose, giving her the typical 'cutie' look. Willow always smiles, proud of the fact she is one of the few gifted with what can only be described as perfect teeth; they sit straight and peal white through her mouth, creating a dazzling contrast with her hair when she smiles. Her lips are naturally thin and tinted a very light pink in color. Her eyes are a brilliant shade of Deep-Blue and adorned by long eyelashes. She constantly wears make-up, with eye-liner and shadow that borderlines excessive. She communicates most of her expressions with her eyes, most notably glee, when she subconsciously widens them, causing them to glimmer in sunlight. Whenever Willow is doing something official within her village, or is simply training or performing some other shinobi-orientated activity, she wears what she likes to call her 'Battle Kimono'. This Kimono is basically a micro-short black mini-dress adorned with a black patter to form waves. The dress is sleeveless and reached around a quarter of the way down her thighs. The emblem of Kirigakure is formed by two of the patterned-waves colliding over her left breast. When not in uniform, Willow generally wears a fairly simple black and white kimono. When not in uniform, her style remains mostly the same. Name: Slippery Water Type: Ninjutsu Rank: E-rank Requirements: Suiton as one of your elements Description: The user spits water onto the ground and using chakra makes it extra slippery. Primary Suiton users are not effected by the slipperiness. Secondary users slip but it isn't as slippery. No users fall down hard.
Name: Suiton: Dimensional Depths Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: Suiton Element Description: This is a typical technique known to most Kirigakure assassins and is perfect in addition to the Kirigakure No Jutsu. It allows them to quite literally disappear completely into the top of the water and go 'underneath' it. They do not have to be able to completely fit in it; the actual water can range anywhere from the ocean to a small puddle; as long as they can stand on it they can disappear. They are impervious to physical attacks and are visible only by a slight shadow that is cast on the water floor. They are still hurt by jutsu if they are discovered. When attacked like this, the jutsu is automatically ended and extra chakra is lost. It takes only a few seals to prepare but after releasing they have to take a few moments to realign their physical bodies.

Name: Water Spear Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: Suiton as one of your elements Description: The user gather up water in his hand and stretches it across his arm making a mini spear. This spear can be thrown at enemies and may stab them. Cannot be used at hand-to-hand combat. After thrown starts falling apart depending on how much sun there is and warmth.
Name: Mist Style Clone Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: Pre-existing mist or fog in the area. probably exclusive to Village of Mist, unless learned or copied from a Mist ninja. Description: The user makes a clone made out of fog or mist. The mist collects in one place and takes on the form of the user. Since the mist clone has no hard substance, it cannot do any damage or jutsus. When the mist clone is attacked it is disrupted but not distroyed. Any attack will pass through it, but will pull some of the mist away with it, making it look like that area of the clone is stretched and faded. When the mist clone is dispelled, it dissapears back in a cloud of mist. This looks very similar to the Mist instantaneous body technique. Since the clone is formed from pre-existing mist, and has little substance, it requires little chakra to control and maintain. It's numbers are usually only limited to the amount of mist or fog in the area.
Name: Mizu Muchi Maki Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D+ Requirements: Must be near a pond or other body of water Description: The user uses their chakra to take water from a nearby body of water. A small amount of water rises out and forms a ball about 3 feet in diameter. This ball can then shoot out tentincle whip-like strands of water that can whip enemies, grab them, or throw them. The length of the whips and number of whips able to create at once vary by rank. D rank- 2 whips and 5 feet C rank- 4 whips and 6 feet B rank- 5 whips and 8 feet A rank- 6 whips and 10 feet S rank- 8 whips and 15 feet
Name: Hidden Mist Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank:D Description: This displacement technique is a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Name: Water Release: Water Gouge. Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirement: Flying water bullets Description: Using Water the user makes small water pellets, those pellets go down into the earth. the earth gets soggy and then the person gets inside, to make himself scarce for 2 minutes max(3 posts) 1.5 minute if the user is NOT ready(2 posts). He can go in the ground 1 foot above his height. So lets say you are 5'1 then you can go in 6'1. This happens just as Doton jutsu but it is slightly slower. After it gets soggy and the user has gone under it shows no sign of soggy feeling.
Name: Mizu Tate no Jutsu [Water shield jutsu] Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirements: Existing source of water Description: This jutsu is similar to the water wall jutsu, except the shield formed can only extend about two feet away from the source in any direction. It can stop most frontal attacks and is especially good at defending against fire jutsus. The user would probably carry a water source on his/her arm (Such as a canteen lashed to the forearm) so he/she could summon the shield at a moment's notice.
Name: Flying water bullets Type: Ninjutsu Rank:C Requirements: Existing source of water Description: This jutsu uses a source of water and shoots it at an opponent in many small balls. This spray of water bullets is usually used to distract the enemy and put him/her on the defensive, but if enough chakra is used, they can be as strong as punches, bruising and battering the enemy. This requires relativly little water, which makes it useful, as the shinobi can use portable water sources.
Name: Mist Style Water Countering Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirements: From mist village, unless copied. Description: This technique is used to stop water based attacks (mainly missile attacks). The user preforms this technique after the opponent has preformed his. The water being used to attack is dispersed into a harmless mist. This technique can also be used on water clones. The amount of chakra required to preform this technique is dependent on the amount of water and the difficulty of the countered technique.
Name: Mist Style Fire Countering Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirements: From mist village, unless copied. Description: The user creates a ball of cold water that wouldn't do any real damage to the opponent, but is used to counter fire techniques (mainly missile techniques). The balls of water intercept the fire, which puts it out and makes very hot steam in the area. The amount of chakra used is determined by the heat and difficulty of the technique.
Name: Water weights technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirements: Good control of water element Description: This technique uses pre-existing water in the area to create weights on a persons arms and legs. The water gatheres around the target's arms and legs in a sort of small and dense cylinder. It is almost like a smaller and less powerful version of the water prison technique. This can be used to slow down an enemy's movements, but can be a double edged sword, as the added weight will make their blows more powerful. The water can be gathered from a standing source, or can be condensed from a mist or fog. These weights are also useful for strength training
Name: Suiton: Mizuame Nabara, 水遁・水飴拿原, literally "Water Release: Syrup Capture Field" Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirements: N/A Description:Using this jutsu, the user can spit a stream of extremely sticky syrup that covers the ground and holds opponents in place. Any ninja capable of walking on water can avoid being stuck in the syrup, but need to do so before being caught. (This one was taken from wikipedia article. Not my own creation.)
Name: Water Release: Slippery Liquid Field Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirements: N/A Description: Using this jutsu, the user can spit a stream of an extremely slippery oil like liquid (Though it is not flammable). Anyone trying to walk on this without concentrating on the water walking technique will loose their balance and fall. If an opponent his hit directly with this technique, they will be almost impossible to hold on to, but cannot grip anything, having their hands covered in the liquid. The liquid can be dispelled by the user, but is otherwise really hard to clean off.
Water Arrows Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirements: Water elemental chakra, water source Description: The user creates arrows made out of water from a water source. These can be fired like normal arrows, but they travel a bit faster and are blunt. They will not pierce skin, but can cause bruises and broken bones. The user can create a neat limitless supply of arrows with enough water.
Name: Underwater Breathing Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirements: None Description: By forcing chakra into the users nose or mouth, oxygen could be extracted from the water. Â It also repels water from entering through the nose or mouth. Â This jutsu requires no hand seals. Â The ability to use this jutsu weakens the deeper underwater you go. Â Can be used for up to three posts. Â Note: This jutsu does not take up a jutsu slot.
Name: Suiton: Twin Snake Explosion Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user will preform the and focus their Chakra into the water around them. Two stream of water, shaped like snakes will then shoot up around them and rocket towards the foe, biting into them and holding on. The snakes will then explode, causing damage to the foe an making the wounds from the bite much larger.
Name: Suiton: Vapour Splash Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: None Description: In it’s weaker form the user can gather water particles in front of one’s self at a rapid rate. These water particles create a dense mist in an attempt to slow down a fire jutsu. The mist is usually formed in one second but those with high skill (S-rank+) can easily create the mist in half the time.  The stronger form of the jutsu requires a nearby water source either from rain, damp soil, a lake, ECT. The user once again gathers water particles but due to the waters high concentration the water “shield†forms almost instantaneous and consists of a solid mass of water. As long as the water supply doesn’t dwindle this jutsu can stay active as long as the user has chakra and doesn’t move from a stationary spot.
Mist form E-rank fire jutsu = completely negates the jutsu D-rank fire jutsu = Slows the jutsu enough for the user to escape with ease C-rank fire jutsu = Slows the jutsu enough for the user to escape (if the user is a higher rank then C. C-rank and lower could escape and suffer minor burns.) B-rank+ fire jutsu = has no effect
Water Form Projectile weapons = Deflected by the water Paper Bombs = The shield “shatters†and has to reform E-rank fire jutsu = completely negates the jutsu D-rank fire jutsu = completely negates the jutsu C-rank fire jutsu = completely negates the jutsu B-rank fire jutsu = Holds the jutsu off long enough for the user to escape. A-rank+ fire jutsu = Water just evaporates.
Name: Suiton: Hot Water Style Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: Water as Main Element Description: This jutsu, by itself, will heat normal water to a boiling temperature. However this jutsu has a unique supplement effect - when coupled with a Suiton ninjutsu, the water in the technique will become hot water. The jutsu can be used with all Suiton ninjutsu, but some may not have any effect; for example, Water Clones will not be changed in any useful way, but Water Bullets by comparison will burn the enemy when hit. The jutsu must also be used with water that is created from chakra, not water that is manipulated with chakra.
This jutsu requires a small amount of chakra and an added amount on each jutsu its used with. The technique can't be used with kinjutsu, weapons or special abilities.
10 to 25 degrees celcius requires 10% more chakra. 25 to 35 degrees celcius requires 25% more chakra. 35 to 45 degrees celcius requires 40% more chakra. 45 to 55 degrees celcius requires 60% more chakra. 55 to 65 degrees celcius requires 90% more chakra. 65 to 85 degrees celcius requires 125% more chakra.
Name: Element Input: Water Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: Must have Water element Description: This technique allows the user to Input an aura of chakra around/in the weapon or object to give it an aura of the element its self. This technique doesn't harm the weapon or object unless the user disturbs the consternating power to explode or implode. The technique allows the user to use the element as an effect during combat. Element Water input allows the user to cause slightly more damage for water based techniques. Each technique is limited by the amount of time the user keeps it active, he/she has the ability to turn it off or on when ever they like.
Name:Water Release: Water Skin Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: None Description: The user coats themselves with a thin layer of water. This water is then compressed with chakra and then made to flow at a high pressure. Thrown objects will deflect off of the water, and melee attacks will meet resistance from the water. Can protect against low level fire jutsu, but you probably don’t want to have this jutsu on when someone uses a lightning technique.
Name: Water Release: Grand Water Ball Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: Description: The user forms a ball of water in their hand by condensing moisture in the air with their chakra. They then hurl it at a target. If the ball hits something, or the user forms a half seal, then the ball will sprout vicious spikes of water in all directions within a 15 feet radius. A moment afterwards and the water will splash harmlessly to the ground.
Name: Suiton: Ame (Water Release: Rain) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: Nothing Description: All this jutsu does is gather the water in the air and make clouds above the user. (Way above) It then starts raining down, making it easier to use jutsu that require water in the area. Very useful in dry places. Cannot be used indoors. The incoming rain cannot be altered in anyway from the normal rain it is.
Name: Water Release: Tiger Fang Blade Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: n/a, except for water element and already some outside water Description: This is one of few (or first) water jutsu that is solely for close-combat. The jutsu uses Snake, Ram, and Sheep to envelope one arm with a thin layer of water. This arm then forms into a little blade with a width of 3 inches and a length of about a foot and a half. The major pros of this jutsu is that unlike other jutsus it is close range. It is also good with armor penetration. However, some cons are that it uses a lot of chakra so a D-rank probably can only handle about one shot strike with it, 3 for an C-rank, and about 5 times for an B-rank. A-rank and higher could use this jutsu probably 7 times.  S-rank could use this maybe 9-10 times.  SS-rank could use this about 12 times in battle.  It also does not deal much sheer damage. It finally is fairly easy to dodge depending upon the speed of the user. Â One hit may be able to pierce through the standard ninja armor and deal moderate damage to the body. It can be destructive if it is used on weak or critical points of the body.
Name: Drainage Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: None Description: Creates a hole in the ground which merely absorbs an unnatural amount of water. It continuously drains water as long as the user is inputting chakra. The hole is too slow to stop Suiton jutsu; it's purpose is to prevent later use. At any time, the user can release the hold and the water will come up from the ground within a 25 foot vicinity of the original position.
Name: Mist camouflage technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: In a misty environment. Description: This jutsu is like the Hiding camouflage technique, except it can only be done in misty environments. It makes them invisible and masks their scent. It can be done in relatively little mist, which makes this technique useful for ninjas who know the Hiding mist technique.
Name: Water Release: Reflective Pond Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: Water Release: Water Skin Technique Description: This jutsu is following the same principles of coating oneself with water as the Water skin technique, however is not nearly as effective at defense. This technique instead uses crystal clear water to reflect whatever is behind and in front of the user, thus granting them camouflage.
Name: White Water Burst Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: None Description: Releases a spray of white water. The white water will stick to anyting that it lands on, no matter how glancing. It can s tick to metals and chakra infused items. The white water will make whatever it is attached to slippery and slick. Chakra based techniques, especially fire and water, will remove the white water. If not removed, it will stay there for 5 posts.
Name: Black Water Burst Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: None Description: Releases a spray of black water. The black water will stick to anything that it lands on, no matter how glancing. It can stick to metals and chakra infused items. The black water will harden into a jelly that weighs down anything and dulls the edges of anything. Chakra based techniques, especially earth and fire, will remove the black water after 2 posts. If it is not removed, it will stay there for 5 posts.
Name: Water Slice Type: Ninjutsu / Taijutsu Rank: A Requirements: Water-creating Sword Description: After acquiring a small amount of water on your sword, you charge your chakra into the water and make the water wider and sharper. It will enhance the blade, allowing you to cut through fire ninjutsu of B rank or lower. The amount of water is proportional to the amount of fire and is used up in each attack.
Name: Water release: Drowning technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: Target is already almost completely under water. Water must be natural (not created with a jutsu). Description: This technique controls the density of water, similar to the water prison technique, but instead it is used when the target is already under or mostly under the water. This technique makes the water around the target force them under the water, and it holds them there until they drown. It is hard to pull off because by the time that the user has learned it, most of his/her opponents will have no trouble staying on top of the water using the water walking technique.
Name: Water Piercing Needles Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: Water Bullets Description: Five needles made entirely of water and sent speeding towards the enemy. They increase in size as they hurtle towards but the attack's spread increases after 15 feet. The needles can grow up to 6 inches in length and pierce deep into bodies.
Name: Five Eating Eels Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: Raiton and Suiton Elements, A large supply of water Description: This jutsu is like 'five eating sharks' jutsu, but instead there are five eating electric eels. The user brings there hand down and extends their fingertips to touch the water. Five 'eel' shaped pieces of water come out, but they are electrified with the user's raiton chakra. If the enemy gets touched by the eels and are shocked, they will be paralyzed one post for every shock. This is mainly used when the opponent is under water, but the eels can reach the target if they're at least close to it.
Name: Mizu Ookami no Jutsu - Water Wolf Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: Suiton Element, Body of water Description: This jutsu works by letting the user do the hand seals then stick one of there fingers into the water below the surface. they then focus there chakra into the water in a stream that will begin to Pressurize the water into the form of a wolf the wolf will then crawl from the water and stand on the surface. They can run along the water and land and have the same power as a real wolf. The user can stick more then one finger into the water and focus more chakra to make more wolves they but they cost the same amount as one wolf so if you make two wolfs it cost double the amount of Chakra and if you make three it will cost triple the amount of chakra as one wolf and so on. The user can stick all there fingers in the water and make ten wolfs but if they make ten wolfs they can't use the jutsu again for the rest of the thread. If the wolves are hit once they will turn back into water

Name: Raiton: raihouden - Lightning release: Static discharge Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: Lightning element Description: This jutsu causes the ninjas lightning elemental chakra to become unstable and discharge at random intervals. With proper training a ninja can learn to focus this discharge and use it as both a weapon and a shield.
Name: Raiton: Chaos Ring Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: Lightning: Static Discharge, some underground conducter Description: To begin this, the user must discharge the chakra into one of the arms. The chakra is released throughout the underground conduction and circles around the target. Lightning ridges form across the ground and circle around the target. The circle is approximately 1 foot high and 4 feet in diameter. Â This lasts for around 1 post for a E/D rank, 2 posts for a C/B rank and 5 for an A/S rank and . Contact with this circle can cause minor burns and relatively huge burns if contact is made with it for a long time. It uses relatively little chakra as the target can simply jump out of the circle. Name:Lightning Clouds Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirements: Lightning release Description: The user forms handseals, and starts to gather chakra through their body. Once done the chakra expenses and floats into the air, forming together. Eventually the chakra can become dark clouds in the sky. It takes one post for this to work. This technique basically allows the user to conjure a black cloud to conduct electricity for the user to use a lightning based technique through the cloud instead directly from the user.
Name: Raiton: Raidenka: Lightning release: Thunder charge Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirements: Lightning element, must know Lightning release: Static discharge. Description: The ninja channels their lightning elemental chakra into their palm in a ball shape. As the ball is focused streams of lightning will emit from it. The ninja can either hold onto the ball and thrust it forward or throw it at their opponent. Upon impact the small ball with disperse over the targets body and give them a nice shock. This jutsu can be used in both hands, but is only recommended for skilled users.
Name: Static Counter Type: Nin Rank: C Requirements: Raiton Description: After you form handseals, the next thing that hits you in close range combat will be electrocuted. Power raises with rank, B rank and over will cause a brief stun, A a slightly longer one and S will paralyze the offender for they're whole next post.
Name: Raiton: Fuzui [Lightning Release: Paralysis] Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirements: None Description: The user gathers chakra in their hand, converting it to their element and causing tiny bolts to travel between their fingers. Touching someone with the entire inside surface of the hand will result in temporary paralysis, lasting five posts, while touching with only part will cause the area to go numb, the size of the area dependent on how much contact. Those with Lightning element chakra are immune, and it is impossible to paralyze anyone of a higher rank than you unless you maintain contact for three posts (nearly impossible). Name: Element Input: Lightning Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: Must have Lightning element Description: This technique allows the user to Input an aura of chakra around/in the weapon or object to give it an aura of the element its self. This technique doesn't harm the weapon or object unless the user disturbs the consternating power to explode or implode.The technique allows the user to use the element as an effect during combat. Element Lightning input allows the user to shock or numb an enemies body part and give a boost to Lightning element based techniques. Each technique is limited by the amount of time the user keeps it active, he/she has the ability to turn it off or on when ever they like.
Name: Electric Snap Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: None Description: After snapping their fingers, the attacker sends out a thin, wire-like strand of electricity that shocks the opponent. This works best when fighting someone with a metal weapon. The electricity will numb the point of impact, where reaction time on the specific part of the body hit will be slowed considerably for 2 posts.
Name: Raimanda Type: Nin Rank: B Requirements: Raiton Element Description: A specialized creation of Raiton Element used from the mechanics of Salamandra. The user creates Lightning in their hand and then can spead it as if a snake around the body for various effects. Hands: If used from the hands, the user can use the lighting as a whip that extends up to 10 feet and a radius of 4 inches. Feet: If used with the feet, the electricty uses the moisture in the ground to conduct and can shoot out from the ground up to 4 feet of the user for a surprise attack. Name: Plasma Ball (Purazuma Booru) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: Lightning Release Description: Plasma Ball is a technique which uses the power of Lightning to form an electric barrier. This barrier will create a sphere of protection around the shinobi and lets them approach their target without fear of being damaged by incoming attack. This barrier can be held up constantly, but costs at least a moderate amount of chakra to do so. You could put in more chakra so it could reduce more damage. You can't attack while in this ball, unless you use a Lightning Release that uses the shield electricity to be performed.
Name: Raiton: Raikanden - Lightning release: Thunder shock Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: Lightning element, must know Lightning release: Static discharge, Must know Lightning release: Thunder charge Description: A Lightning element jutsu. The ninja will focus their lightning elemental chakra to their hands. When the desired amount of chakra is located within the hands, the ninja will release it from their palm at the target in the form of a single bolt of lightning for each hand. Name: Lightning Weapon Penetration Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: Lightning as Main element; A-rank Description: This is much like other weapon ninjutsu. Lightning Weapon Penetration charges a held weapon will lightning chakra, causing the weapon to give of small sparks around its surface. The Lightning chakra is concentrated fully on the tip of the weapon, making the weapons point glow a slightly blue sheen and give off heavier sparks. This weapon is heavily enhanced with Lightning, giving the basic properties of the element. A weapon charged with this jutsu has its piercing capabilities increased a great amount, making weapons capable of piercing light or medium armors targets. A kunai charge with this technique is able damage metal of equal strength, though making any serious damage would take multiple uses. This jutsu lasts for one post and costs a larger amount of chakra then most of its rank.
Name: Lighting Aura discharge Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: None Description: This jutsu is used primarily for a defense then offense because of its instability. the user of this jutsu will gather lightning chakra just above the surface of their skin and concentrate it into a thin membrane, the user will seemed to glow blue as this happens. Once that is complete, the user gives of a small shock to anything that touches them, though this is not the main purpose of the jutsu. The user will hold this small lightning membrane until the target is within range ( apx: 5 meters) and then release the stored chakra into a blast around themselves, causing everything within the 5 meter area to be heavily electrocuted. Anything caught in the blast will receive nerve damage, making their muscles slightly numbed and hard to use, if someone is caught within five feet of the user during the blast then they receive second degree burns on their exposed skin.

Name: Kyoufuu no Jutsu (Strong-Wind Jutsu) Type: Wind Ninjutsu Rank: E Requirements: None Description: Â A simple jutsu for ninja beginners. Â It is a basic jutsu, and not that impressive. Â The user does the required hand seals, and puts both hands infront of him. Â If done correctly, then a gust of wind should push in the direction that the user is facing. Â It requires little chakra, and the wind isn't strong enough to pick up anything significant, only sand and dirt. Name: Kahentou (Petal Blade) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: Wind Element Description: This jutsu uses the properties of wind chakra in order to perform. The user of this technique will channel their chakra into a petal or leaf. The petal will harden along the edges and will grow a slight shine to it. The user will then launch this petal at the target. The petal's edges will have becomed sharp and strong, capable of having the cutting power of a normal shuriken. the advantage of this jutsu is that it requires no handsigns and easy to perform.
Name: Wind Bullet Type: Ninjutsu Rank: D Requirements: N/A Description: The user gathers chakra into their 2 pointer fingers, and then charges it. The user then makes the chakra spin , and adds nature manipulation to turn it into wind. Then the user then places their other hand on the other arm and releases the chakra, shooting a bullet of air that is the size of a bullet, with the power of a medium sized punch. It doesn't have the ability to penetrate human flesh, although it takes less than a second to fire one, much like a gun. Since it doesn't have a high level of difficulty, it doesn't require hand signals. Name: Air Dash Type: Nin Rank: C Requirements: Wind Release Description: This is a simple manuever that helps aerial taijutsu users. It allows them to boost themselves whatever direction they are facing. This is done by using wind chakra to thrust them along in the air. While this doesn't take a large amount of chakra, the forcing of chakra and wind out of your back can be exhausting. So it's highly suggested you uses this only once every few minutes, or you'll physically exhaust your self. Name: Harou's bullet Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C/B Requirements: Wind as Main Element Description: The user will gather wind into their hand and condense it with chakra. creating long and thin projectiles in their hand. Then the user can aim these projectiles , launching them at a target. The projectiles do not deal a very much damage, though they are made for precision instead. for if aimed at a very vital, or severe pressure point, the user can cause their target to be unable to battle. Though this is quite hard to do and requires a great amount of focus and accuracy. For the second version of this jutsu, the user will infuse chakra into the air above the target on a wide area. Â Then condensing it the user will create a large amount of small wind projectiles. They will send it down on the enemy, covering a large area, hitting them with these small projectiles. These small wind bullets only deal about the damage of a heavy punch. Though they are used simply to hinder the target or keep them performing an attack.

Then the user will punch the target, releasing the stored air and chakra upon impact increasing the damage done by the punch. This increases the power of the attack by 30% as well as launches the opponent back a few feet upon impact.
Name: Air ascension Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: Wind as Main Element Description: This technique creates a small platform of condensed air and chakra. this creates basically a place for the user to stand. This platform can be controlled to move pretty much anywhere, making travel much faster, and even making the user capable of moving at great heights as the platform can lift the user over great distances.
Name:The Wind of a Thousand dragons Type:Ninjutsu Rank:B-A Requirements:Element Wind and a weapon (Burst Knuckles or Kantana preferred)and current of wind (which would always be) Description:The user draws their weapon or weapons and Distance between the enemy and the felt of a current wind comes and the user puts Chakra into the blade of the weapon and puts it behind them and stares at the enemy then brings it forth creating a hurricane of a wind that feels like a thousand dragons swooped down and pushed the enemy away,Cutting the enemy inside of his body unless hitting a object thats outside of his body example (a tree or a scrub)the damage isn't very Well put but it makes it enough to feel pain inside the body.

Name:koukuukougeki suraashu-Slashing Air Strike Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Requirements: Must have the wind element. Description:A powerful ninjutsu developed by Kei Ishida. Like any other ninjutsu, this technique needed a lot of time and perfection to be completed. The user amplifies the chakra flow around his palm as he holds it out in front of him, and like any other elemental jutsu, they must use physical recomposition to form the specific element into their desired shape. In this case, physical recomposition is used to form a thin, crescent shaped blade that is sent hurtling through the air towards it's target. It can also be amplified using a special element absorbing weapon to increase the amount of damage done when performed. Note: This technique can be used to negate other jutsus projected at the user(by slicing through them, disbursing after the other jutsu is negated) if the other jutsu is at a lower rank than the slashing air strike. Name:Kaze Kujiku no Jutsu: Crushing winds technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank:B (Kinjutsu) Requirements:Must have the wind element Description:Creates a wind current around the targeted foe using wind manipulation. By focusing on the chakra around the area of the foe, the air around the target begins to get heavier and heavier. Depending on the amount of chakra used is the amount of pressure applied to the foe, ranging from immobilizing the enemy, to causing the air to constrict around them and crush the enemy to death in a powerfull crushing blow. However: The caster must take the time to focus on this technique in order for it to be performed efficiently, if the caster is interrupted by anything, or distracted, the air around the target it focuses on will disburst. Name: Harou's Chains Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: Wind as Main Element Description: Utilizing their control on wind and air around them, the user will infuse the air with chakra, then reaching out with this air they will wrap it around the target, using long strands, making the opponent incapable of body movement.
Name: Harou's Shield Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B/A Requirements: Wind as Main Element Description: A very effective defense. The user will effectively move wind and air around their body, condensing it with chakra. This allows the user to easily deflect projectiles and knock back an opponents fist or feet when attempting a Taijutsu attack. Though this is not an instant move so speedy attacks can effectively get through the defense of a weakened, slow thinking, or distracted shinobi. The higher rank of this technique will use their control of air to form a thin layer of air on their skin for additional protection. The air is compressed with their chakra to be able to reduce a destructive amount of damage, but it takes a moderate amount of chakra to use it. This air is a bit restricting to the user's movement, though and it also makes them slightly heavier. Making the user a bit slower when using this technique.
Name: Harou's tail Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: Wind as Main Element Description: The user will gather a large amount of air and chakra behind them, forming it into a condensed tail. this appendage can be controlled and manipulated easily, and it capable of reaching a distance of thirty feet. This can smash, punch and bludgeon the target. Though because of the chakra infused inside the appendage, it can be seen due to distinct ripples of green and blue in the air as it moves.
Name: Harou's Spear Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: Wind as Main Element Description: Gathering air into their hand the user will condense the air into a long sharp projectile. They will then throw it at a target, increasing the speed with chakra, causing it to pierce armor and skin easily. Though it isn't really much stronger than other similar jutsu, but it takes little chakra for its level. though this spear can only effect one target,as it disperses soon after making conatact with a solid mass.
Name: Great Hurricane Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: Wind As Main Element Description: The user will send a large gust of wind at the target, blowing them back with a very surprising force. This jutsu covers a large area and is stronger than one might think capable of knocking down trees or small buildings that may get in the way.
Name: Sky Protective Wall Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Â Requirements: Wind As Main Element Description: Collecting a large amount of air in front them, the user will condense chakra to a high degree, making a large barrier or wall in front of them. This barrier is a strong defense, capable of blocking taijutsu and ninjutsu of equal rank. ( except fire jutsu, Â As well as blocking lightning jutsu up to one rank higher ) This wall can be moved and manipulated at will capable of floating around the user for better protection.
Name: Sky Wind compression Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: Wind As Main Element Description: Collecting a large amount of air in front of them, the user will launch this air out at the target, surrounding them with chakra infused wind. Then quickly compressing it the user will smash the target using air pressure and chakra. This jutsu is capable of smashing boulders with this pressure. This jutsu is quite dangerous because being made of wind, it is hard to tell when one is being surrounded by this chakra infused wind. The easiest way to tell though is that fact that the air has ripples formed when it moves and has slight color distortion.
Name: Great Wind Missile Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: Wind Element Description: This jutsu sends highly long ranged, fast-paced wind "missiles" at the target. The user will send out a single or multiple burst(s) of wind highly concentrated to a point. These are extremely sharp, fast paced, piercing blasts capable of piecing various defences, and even if they are dodged or blocked the shock wave they create is often enough to throw even the toughest of opponents off balance, if not off their feet entirely. The range is typically limited to the range in which the user can see and the chakra they exert with each blast. The user is able to guide these blasts slightly by holding the seal used to create them, however, they move so fast that often a slight turn in the "missile's" direction is all that can be made even at long distances. They are extremely hard to avoid because they are so fast, that and the range of this jutsu are the factors that make it so deadly. Name: Fuuton: Kaze Bunshin no Jutsu - Wind Clone Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: Wind element Description: This technique creates a physical replication of the user made from wind. It acts like a normal clone with a physical form and has the full physical and jutsu ability of the user, though it is still quite limited in chakra amount. When it is hit, the clone will burst into a blast of strong winds, effectively pushing away anyone who was within two feet of it about 15 feet away(no damage) and dealing light pressure damage to anyone who was touching it. It doesn't require many hand seals to be executed. Any special weapons the user may have had on them when using this jutsu will be copied partially, losing any special qualities the original has.
Name: Air Barrage Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: None Description: The shinobi creates a 20 foot diameter sphere around a person. While this jutsu is in effect, the person is bombarded with blasts of wind the size of fists. Although not powerful, it is an excellent technique to prevent the enemy from concentrating or holding a good fighting stance. The jutsu can last as long as there is chakra available. However, if the enemy with the sphere catches the shinobi in the wind blasts it is immediately dispelled. The enemy can also avoid the technique if they are quick; if any time they are not in the sphere from quick movements or a jutsu used, the barrage will simply dispel itself. History/Rp Sample Rp Sample: Loki woke up not wanting to get out of bed, his hair extremly messy. He knew he had an important mission though so he got out of bed and started putting on his cloths. He put on his pants and his jounin vest and he started to pack up his scrolls, medical supllys, and a snack for the road. He put on his Tench coat and walked out of his house towards the Raikage's office. Right as he got to the door he saw a man with no shoes walk out of the office flashing a scroll at Loki. It was a mission scroll that said they were teammates on this mission. The man kept walking by and Loki asked " Hey whats your name?" the man didn't answer and Loki continued to batter him with questions to no avail. "Whatever lets just finish this mission" When they got to sunagakure the Anbu were kind and lively. We walked into the Kazekage's office and saw a missing nin who used to be from konohagakure. He knocked on the door rather loudly, walked in, and spoke to the sleepign Kazekage in a rude tone. Loki heard his teammate say ""Hi, are you here to see the Kazekage as well?" to the missing ninja. Loki just sighed, ignoring them, and walked in standing in the middle of the room stading politely waiting for the kazekage to wake up. History:The Beginning: 0-13 Daemyn Saren, a proud and well-respected Kirigakure Shinobi from a long line of Shinobi, met Annora Wallace, a shinoi whom was the first of her family ever to have practiced ninja arts. Annora had been running around the village one day, far from her usual haunts when she got herself lost. It was in her blind-wandering, that she ran into Daemyn. She and Daemyn was a freshly made Jounin, whilst Annora was a Chunnin well on her path. They became close friends and were eventually engaged, then married. Daemyn’s entire family were shinbo and they were apprehensive about his marriage to Annora, as she was the only ninja out of an entire family. However, after seeing how happy their son was, Zachariah and Leah Saren, Daemyn's parents, could hardly refuse giving their son permission to marry Annora. Once they were married, Daemyn and Annora left the village, on peaceful terms (With the permission of the Mizukage); and moved to a small village nestled in the mountains of Earth Country. Three years after their marriage, the fraternal twins were born. The older of the two, born just before midnight on January 9th was named Willow and the younger, born very early in the morning on January 10th, was named Alilika, or Ali for short. Two years later, Kalare was born. Daniel, the twins’ younger brother, is six years younger than they are. Annora works at home, taking care of the children whilst Daemyn set up shop as the villages healer; seeming as he was talented with Ijutsu. Willow and Ali were taught at home by their mother, but Willow always found that she was closer to her father. Like Daemyn, Willow was passionate about the arts and skills of shinobi. She loved to listen to her father tell stories about his years as a shinobi of the mist; all the way from an academy student learning his first jutsu, to defeating bands of pirates as a Jounin. Her father worked most of the day, so Willow would stay up late into the night asking Daemyn questions about how Chakra worked and other various shinobi-related topics. She remembers almost everything her father told her and she can recall that information quickly. When Willow was only six years of age, she began to suffer for an ailment that not even her father, a respected Ijutsu Master, could cure. It lasted several days. It started out with just simple headache, but it escalated. Within a few days, the young girl was suffering from intense migraines and lashing out at anyone who would come near her. Eventually, blood began to trickle from her forehead. Hours later, after the blood had stopped; Willow felt different. It was as if she had been reborn and to show for it, she sported 6 small crosses upon her forehead. As Wilow was growing up, she developed a taste for her own satisfaction. She began to belive that doing whatever she could to make her own life more pleasurable; was the right thing to do. This began with when Willow would be ordered to clean her room. Instead of doing it, she would manipulate her sister into doing it for her whilst she relaxed. Though a small act, it was the start of a long path. When Willow was about seven or eight, she began showing signs of basic shinobi-abilities. One night, she fell out of the top bunk on the bed she and Ali shared – Willow slept on the top and Ali, on the bottom (Alie had been given the top but Willow had convinced her to trade). Her overprotective father rushed into the room, but other than being upset that “Barkley” (her favourite stuffed animal – a wolf) was still up on the bed and she wasn’t, Willow was perfectly fine. Shinobi Academy: 13-14 Just after the twins’ thirteenth birthday, their father decided to send them back to Kirigakure, to attend/board the Shinobi Academy of the Mist. The following summer whilst they were staying at home on holidays, Willow and Ali were arguing more than ever before. Even their mother could not step in and settle their arguments. Willow had a boyfriend – Roger – that she had the academy and Ali was jealous (In actually fact, Willow had 3 boyfriends). As Willow and Roger sat down to a semi-supervised dinner that Mrs. Saren had prepared for them, Ali hid in the curtains. It wasn't until part-way through the meal that a simply sneeze caused Ali to reveal herself. Roger, went beserk; screaming at Ali. Oddly enough, Willow lept in to he sisters aide, landing a punch directly to the bridge of the boys nose. From that day on, the two sisters remained closer than any other relationships either of them had with others. The Genin Year: 14-15 Willow had excelled through the academy, becoming a Genin at the age of 14; completing her courses in the span of a single year. Her first year of a Genin was fairly simple; she went through a string of boyfriends, all of whom she manipulated and played with for her own enjoyment. She was a queen-bee of sorts, priding herself on being envied and hated by nearly everyone. Sure, she knew she was hated; but Willow didn't care because she knew that aslong as she acted the way she did, people would pretend to love her which still led to them doing whatever she wished. Peace of Chuunin: 15-17 By 15 and a half, Willow had passed her Chunnin exams. Like most others, these exams had been held in the forest of Death, following the usual format. She had been pared in a team with her sister and a boy named Senith. Sentih was a monster of a boy, reaching almost 7ft tall; clearly he was a taijutsu user. The team of three excelled in the exam, more than living up to their villages nickname; 'The Bloody Mist'. The team alone killed 4 Genin. Ofcourse these were officially assumed to be tragic accidents, simply kids losing abit of control over their power. But everyone knew the truth. Not alot happen through Willow's life over the next 2 and a bit years. She and her sister simply lived the life of Shinobi, completing various missions and what not. Her Chuunin exam team became her permanent team; they didn't have a Jounin supervisor, though this wasn't uncommon within the Mist. Risen from Ashes: 17-Present Nothing major happened within Willow's seemingly sheltered life until she was around 17 and a half years old. She and her team were guarding a supplies convoy coming into the mist from the Land of Waves. The team was spread out at equal intervals; Senith at the front, Willow in the middle and Ali at the rear. All was going well, until jets of flames erupted out from the trees; aimed just above the convoy. Willow acted off reflex alone, diving into the trees in an attempt to find the attacks. But, as she went into the forest, they came out of it. It took her a few moments to realize she was alone. The screams coming from the convoy caused her to race back out of the tree's. By the time she made it back, there were bodies all over the place. Many of them were dressed in the same purple armor, clearly the raiders. She didn't have much time to take in the scene. A few moments after coming into the open, a large sword skimmed just over-head as Willow ducked under it, attempting to plunge a blade into the torso of the attacker. Somehow, she missed. The attacked moved at dazzling speeds. It wasn't until now that the truth dawned upon the young girl; these weren't just bandit raiders, these were Samurai. The man charged again, sweeping his blade up; Willow dodged. Their dance continued for a few more seconds until Willow got a lucky break. The samurai slipped slightly on a slick rock, loosing his balance and allow Willow to send her blade sailing through his jugular. The battle raged. Willow slew countless Samurai twirling her blade in and out of weak flesh until the entire forest wreaked of blood. After what must have been hours, the fighting was over. There were bodies everywhere. Willow herself had killed over 15 Samurai single handedly, but there were far more bodies than just those whom had died by her hand. Willow picked her way through the dead, looking for any friendly survivors. There was just one, Ali. She hoisted her baby sister up and began to run. It took Willow 2 days to complete the 4 day trip with her baby sister draped over her shoulders. When she reached the village, Willow collapsed in total exhaustion, slipping into a coma. She didn't awake for two weeks; at which time she found herself in hospital her bed surrounded by her mother and father, aswell as a man she had not met before. The Mizukage was standing there, looking over Ali as she stirred and opened her eyes. They spoke for awhile, after which the Mizukage presented Willow with the title of Jounin. Over time, Willow and her sister both made a full recovery. Bother Willow and Ali continue to serve as shinobi of the Mist; following in their fathers footsteps. changing. Width: The blade is six inches wide and the hand is only 2 inches wide. Material: An old chakra metal that quickly adapts to the chakra of the holder, however if the holder does not have enough chakra to equal that of the sword, the sword will not be able to be held. The handle of the blade is made of the wood from a Mokuton user and was given to Willow as a gift from the Mizukage. Weight: 32 lbs. However if the blade accepts your chakra then it feels weightless, however since the blade was built for Willow, Willow's chakra is the only one it is used to. Abilities: The blade has chakra abilities. If the blade accepts your chakra it can do two things. First it allows you to manipulate the blade as if it weighed nothing. The second all depends on your birth element. If your element is fire the gun part will shoot out a strong fire ball. If your element is water it will shoot out a water ball. If your element is earth it will become covered in rock and be twice as strong. If your element is Lightning your gun will surge with Lightning and have a paralysis effect.
