Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

Naruto stood in front of the village gates with a blank look on his face. He was heading out to find out more on the Akatsuki. He didn't tell anyone about it. He wanted to go on his own. Sasuke came to mind but it was quickly overshadowed by the face of that snake bastard Orochimaru. "I will free you Sasuke no matter what the cost. Orochimaru can't have you!" He snapped out of it and was on his way.
