The sun was high in the sky signaling that it was mid day above a village that laid in ruins, the village was destroyed several years before but some building still stood proud while the majority of the buildings were destroyed and was nothing but rubble, in the center of the village stood a half destroyed tower which seemed to be ready to go at any moment, on top of this building was Raishen, he was on his way back to the cloud hoping not to be caught by any enemy ninja..
