Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

Hello, as you know i am Sato and Seto the ice twins and i am sorry for being so inactive lately. I am having internet problems and those stupid people wont come around to fix it so i just try as much as i can to hop on my mothers com and post in a few topics. I am also stuffed with lots of school projects and basket ball games but those a little things Smile
