the medical ninjas are the most essential in a battle in for ninjas to last long in battle and do not disregard them as lowest level

Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

Tanzaku Quaters was a lively town fairly close in distance to Konoho, the birth place of Tei Hyuuga a traveler who left the village when she was very young with her parents before she could even enter the academy, She was walking through the town streets with her staff and wearing a brown cloak with an insignia to the back which looked like water, and had a metallic like mask covering the upper portion of her face hiding her eyes. She was blind you see, and usually did not know which town she would be heading to, rarely using her Byakugon to see unless she was lost somewhere out in the wild. A couple children ran past her one with a balloon they got from the fair that was going on in the town, poor Tei didn't even know she was in the land of fire again just heading from town to town but this journey from a village was the longest and she was rather hungry, following her nose she ended up in a Ramen shop and sat down by the counter resting her Staff next to her and sighed asking for a bowl of ramen and began eating it as soon as they served her, not even rushing but savouring the delicious noodles to her delight.

Tei knew she only had a few Ryō left, enough for one bowl, and with a fair in this town she could easily replenish her money by doing a few tricks for passing residents so after her bowl of ramen and paying for it she set out to go to the center of the fair near a water fountain where she set out her cloak on the ground like a carpet for passers to throw money, her tricks dazzled many she went from Juggling to other tricks and acrobatics being blind and perform such wondrous tricks naturally caught the attention of people, they did not know she was a ninja but that did not matter much, in no time her cloak was filled with enough Ryo to make her decide to stay until the Fair was over. Staying so close to the leaf was rather risky even though if the Hyuuga decided to come here for whatever reason the main branch may be able to recognize her, but such a thing happening was very unlikely. Tei would spend the next few days in this town until the fair was over after which staying there would be pointless.

After the first day she got to an Inn and was able to pay for a room but she was quiet curious where she had ended up this time so she asked the Inn keeper holding her head low gripping her staff "Excuse me, which town is this?" asking politely her voice soft and gentle, the Inn keeper scratched his white beard looking at her raising his eye brow, obviously he was wondering how a blind person could be traveling alone "Oh my dear your in the great Tanzaku Quarters, the closest town to the leaf village where all those ninja live" The old man said with a smile on his face forgetting that Tei could not see.. "Thank you" Tei's expression was stone cold emotionless, even her voice had no happiness hidden in it, being so close to the leaf made her remember her past just sitting in her room thinking about how far she had gone from just being a little blind girl, but being as old as she was now, she could not come up with a sense of meaning in life, it was the main reason she traveled around the ninja world, most of the time not knowing where she was and until she found meaning traveling is what she would continue to do.

The next day Tei went out to the fair again near where she was the other day and began to do her usual batch of tricks to get passers attention and as usual crowds would form and pay this blind person..

After a few hours of impressing villagers and travelers alike She had enough money to last her for a good while, personally for her it was also time for her to leave this village. Tei never stayed in a village for very long constantly traveling, so after her performance she went back to the Inn and got an early sleep for she planned to leave early morning at first light and that's exactly what she did leaving before the Inn keeper even woke up not even saying that she left only left some money on the counter as a tip. Tei walked away from the village as the sun began to rise grabbing her cloak and walking with her staff.
