Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

I'm so sorry for being inactive, but I've been plagued with projects. But soon, school will be over and all will be well. I might have a week or two vacation with my family that will be internet-less, but I plan to come back in full force~!
