Personality: Hikari is a very kind, shy person. She is not the one to come into the scene shouting and making a scene, and tends to avoid such things if they do happen. She doesn't like to be in the center of attention, as it makes her uncomftorable. She also dislikes confrontations, as in, interrogations, or being 'chewed out'. She is nice to everyone she meets, but usually isn't the one to start talking first.
Appearance: Hikari has long, black hair that reaches down to waist in length. It is straight, not curly. Her skin tone is white, and a little pale. She has light silver eyes. Her body is small and petite, making it harder for her to do well in fights against older, more larger opponents. Her usual clothing consists of a black t-shirt, black silk pants and her black sandals. Her Konohagakure headband is worn around her neck, and it too is black. She also has a black tool pouch, which is worn around her waist in the regular position of most ninja.
Bio: Hikari's parents were originally from Yukigakure, which would explain her unusual Kekkei Genkai. But since Hikari was born in Konohagakure, this is where she lives, but not with her parents. As her parents knew of her strange ability to manipulate snow, she was abandoned at the Konohagakure Hospital. Today she lives alone, and recently graduated from the Ninja Academy. She is currently searching for a Jounin sensei to lead and train her. She succeeded in all of the academy jutsu, and knows not much of her unusual ability. She has only used her Kekkei Genkai twice, and is still learning how to use it. Through these two attempts of use, she has also learned of the manipulation of water, but she has only learned two techniques with it, which are relatively weak and self-made.
