| Elements: [Chakra elements you have] Main: Water Subs: Wind Kekkei Genkai: Watarugan(渡る, Over Cross Eyes) - Mature Watarugan: The Doujutsu sees chakra flow, also the brain waves of the user became extremely active increasing speed of thought and thinking rate to a higher level. It can lock unto a person's chakra signature by looking at them tracking their position and movement by means of meters, miles, yards, longitude, latitude and altitude, if the some one uses some sort of clone jutsu while they are already locked the user instantly locks unto those as well even able to tell which is the original, more chakra is used depending on how far and how many people are being locked-on closes for a 10 seconds the Lock is disengaged another feature is the locks targeting which enables the eye to keep track of non chakra objects mentally noting their speed velocity and direction of movement enabling quicker movement for dodging, the eye also sees heat signatures though it cannot lock onto them and can see things from far distances it can also copy wind jutsus by spinning memorizing it perfectly cutting S-Rank training in half. The eye can also see Chakra trails even able to tell of frequency changes. The Watarugan can also see scent trails in the air and ground even able to tell if poison is in the air or on a substance. Brain Charger- Spoiler:
Brain charger: A state in which a user obtains the Watarugan in both eyes, usually by transplant, unlike the usual Watarugan which is in one eye when someone uses obtains Brain charger they can deactivate and reactivate the Watarugan like normal doujutsus, however this Evolution gives a user conflicting brainwaves creating faint multiple personalities and thoughts, driving the person to insanity, the only bonus to this is that a Genjutsu so practically useless since a personality would instantly knock the user from the genjutsu and things move slightly slower to their eyes the added bonus is a chakra boost as the first of the chakra gates is Automatically Opened. On a Some Occasions a the multiple Faint personalities in the user's brain form up and become a split personality all together even having a name of its own to show independence, but if this happens the Personality never develops a bond with the original, usually fighting to come out and take control of the body and later become the dominant personality or just so that the body can survive help the original sometimes. If a Split personality arises the original person cannot access the Brain charger and it is solely used by the split personality when it comes out. One may even talk to this split personality like a Jinjuriki would its demon, usually the personality would be locked in some sort of cage and chained up unless it is very dominant and can break from the cage anytime it wishes.
Summonings: Agito has a blood contract with the Shark family, the vast range of sharks all have their own personalities and weapons for their own Aid, and protection. The Largest shark does not look like a shark at all but a sea serpent, called Oruka (オルカ,Literally means "Sea Demon" ) the King of the sharks(He's as large as Manda) Oruka can breath and slither on land like a snake and has the ability to shoot pressurized water from his mouth, either a small stream or a large blast both of which could rip through rock, he does not listen to Agito very well but has taken a liking to Lind Agito's split personality Oruka - Spoiler:
Weapons: 4 hooks that are connected to 4 straps 2 on each of Agito's leg which he pours chakra into and controls them and uses them as a Means of slicing of strangling his opponents. The straps are made from high intensity chakra threads and special attributes making them extremely hard to break.(Check my sig) Agito/Lind' Signature Techniques- Spoiler:
Name: Fang Road Rank: A(When truly mastered) Type: TaiJutsu Description: This is a Taijutsu technique style technique and Is Agito's signature fighting style where he uses the four Hooks on the straps that are tied around his legs and Slashes at opponents. he laces the Straps with his chakra which make them nearly impossible to cut through with this he can control them using them to strangle, Grab an opponents limbs or simply Immobilize them wrapping them up with the straps, He moves in a rather erratic unorthodox way, which disallows opponents to read his movements properly, his whole Fighting style is actually based with his legs for attacking, for powerful kicks in targeted areas on the body. Agito has mastered this to the fullest extent, as tribute to this style he carves his hooks into Opponents as a signature for his road.
Name: Infinity Extension Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Style: Ninja Art Description: Using his specialized straps and hooks Agito can extend the straps with out any hand signs to what ever length he wishes the further the length the more chakra it consumes, The faster it extends the more stamina it consumes.
Name: Fang Road: Bloody Soul Roll Rank:C Type: Taijutsu Description: A brutal move that twists the opponent's body as Agito "rolls" the opponent from all sides in mid-air slashing them with his hooks, its distinctive 'finisher' is a spurting spiral of blood that flies into the air. the Technique in itself is not actually lethal but can seriously injure opponents due to the loss of blood and multiple wounds.
Name: Fang Road: Saucer Crush Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Description: One of Agito's Fang Road based techniques. Using his attached hooks, he slashes at everything in a horizontal circle around himself.
Name: Fang Road: Air Cage Rank: B Type: Taijutsu Style: Wind Description: One of Agito's Fang Road based techniques. Using his attached hooks, he spins in a ferociously fast fashion releasing his chakra in the wind nature creating a spiral orb of wind which blows/deflects away most physical attacks.
Name: Fang Road: Twin-cam Fang Rank: D Type: Taijutsu Description: Agito executes a 360 degree spin while holding and then executes a flying hook back kick using the resulting momentum to increase the power of the kick to send opponents High in the air. This is usually used to prepare for the Bloody soul roll
Name: Fang leviathan Rank: A-Ranked Element: Wind Range: Long range, when exploded the orb is 25 Meters in diameter Type: Ninjutsu Description: Agito's most signature Technique Agito unleashes a Massive wave of Chakra compressed wind that looks like a curved blade to his opponent and is sharp enough to slice right through them or could explode on impact or command releasing a powerful Orb of of compressed air which expands instantaneously and literally obliterates almost anything in its path. This technique takes much chakra to use and on full chakra can only be used 5 times a day
Name: Mind Link Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user can link his mind to another with this jutsu but it requires physical contact with them and they must approve of the link. with it He may communicate with the person telepathically for as long as he pleases as they can communicate with him. The user can also link with multiple people allowing each of them to speak to one another through this link
Name: Air Pressure Clone Technique (空圧分身の術, Kuuatsu Bushin no Jutsu) Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Style: Wind Release, Description: This technique allows the user to create solid clones out of concentrated air that can perform tasks that the user is unwilling or unable to do. Unlike some clone techniques, air pressure clones are formed with a very specific amount of the users chakra. The amount of chakra used for the creation of the clone is directly proportional with the air that is concentrated into the clones solid form. As an added benefit these clones explode with a powerful gust of wind when they are destroyed. The precise chakra regulation of the technique allows the user of technique to create a clone just strong enough for the task at hand regulates the force that the clone releases when destroyed. It should be noted that since this technique explodes upon destruction it can be dangerous when used in range of allies.

Name: Hidden Aqua Jutsu Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: The User becomes invisible(or one with the water) in the water then move in and out of it and their scent completely disappears and with the use of the underwater motion technique is near impossible to detect. this jutsu can be used to avoid water techniques.
Name: Advanced Underwater Motion Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: Unlike the Usual Underwater Motion Technique this is not meant for stealth but propels them for incredible speed underwater by pushing them selves with chakra as the user somewhat skates/runs under the water attacking the opponent in various ways.
Name: Water Release: Three-Figure Sharks Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: A Strong Water style technique where the user clasps their hands and absorbs the moisture in the air creating an orb of water around their clasped hands, then three whips of water launch out from the orb where at the head of them is pressurized water and shaped like a small miniature Shark, fin and all(a bit larger than Kunais), the three sharks act independently changing direction on the User's command and move very fast unable to slow down or stop, when they hit something solid the sharks explode releasing their pressure able to put a hole in a boulder
Name: Water Release: Six - Figure Sharks Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: An Advance form of the three figure Sharks technique where instead of three there are six sharks moving at the same speed and have the same strength, requires a little more chakra for the extra three sharks to make six.
Name: Water Release: Twelve - Figure Sharks Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: Another evolution in the Figure shark techniques, this jutsu instead of six or three sharks creates twelve, this sharks however are slightly larger in size and have a larger pressurized explosion than the six and three figure shark techniques making it a good siege technique able to blow through walls, because controlling twelve of them individually is hard to perform, Shuryu clan members usually use their Watarugan's high brain waves to perform the technique properly.
Name: Water Release: 24-Figure Shark Frenzy Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: The last stage in the Figure shark jutsu series where instead of and orb of water around the user's hands a sphere of water surrounds the user's entire body and 24 whips of water launch out from the orb where at the head of them is pressurized water and shaped like a large Sharks(size of regular sharks)despite their size the sharks move as fast as the miniature ones from the previous techniques. Each shark acts independently by the user's command, and unlike previous Figure shark techniques these sharks only explode on command or when it hits very hard other wise it will rip through it. the pressure explosive potential of these sharks suppose that of the other figure techniques creating a large pressurized explosion((Smaller than explosion tags)), Controlling these amounts of sharks individually is very hard and is impossible to perform properly with out the Watarugan or by some other means to increase brain wave power.
Name: Air Shift Dance Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Style: Wind Description: A Basic wind style technique where the user with out hand signs pushes and shifts their movement in mid air to avoid attacks or counter attack very easily, it jutsu also allows a safe fall as they exert wind chakra while the fall to come to a rushing halt or float gently down, the technique how ever only works in short limits requiring good timing to pull it off. Most people think of it as Gliding as it is not exactly flying.
Name: Wind Enhancement Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Style: Wind Description: A Basic Wind Jutsu that is great for Combo techniques, it is best used in conjunction with Fire and Water techniques, the user after brief hand signs Puts their palm on the person casting the Fire or water jutsu and the wind enhances the technique, Water jutsu becomes highly pressurized and powerful, Fire techniques become very powerful and more heat is created. This jutsu only enhances techniques that are coming directly from the Caster's body
Name: Chakra poison Suppression Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Description: By focusing chakra inside ones body the user can locate and single out poisons and foreign contaminants preventing them from effecting the user, The jutsu uses little chakra to cast and none to maintain it, it can hold the effects of Poisons and infections, for an entire week enough time to find a cure and heal ones self.
Name: Kazenoha(風の刃, Wind Blade) Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Style: Wind Description: This jutsu channels a large amount of wind chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of wind produces a sound reminiscent of a large gust of wind. Once the technique is completed an orb of disturbed air surrounds the user acting as a minor defense but really reduces friction in the air increasing speed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Kazenoha into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
Name: Over-Cross Wind Burst Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Wind Description: The user's Watarugan eye spins in a fast fashion and then suddenly wind begins to generate from the eye like a fan blowing back opponents and objects in its eye sight(Must have the Mature Watarugan)
Name: Over-Cross Capture Projection Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Style: Ninja Art Description: The user Looks at something and takes an imprinting image into their mind, or creates a video, of something they see, the user can then project this image/video from their eye unto a surface like a projector at a later date. The Watarugan spins while performing this.

Name: Water Release: Five Feeding Sharks Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and from the tips of five fingers, chakra is released into the water, changing it into the form of ferocious sharks. The five sharks circle the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement and their sharp teeth tear into the enemy with five consecutive attacks. In the anime, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy.
Name: Water Release: Water Shark Missile Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: This technique shapes water into the form of a shark, which moves to attack the enemy at high-speed with a powerful impact.
Name: Water clone Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power, as stated by Haku. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.
Name: Water Replacement Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: Should the user be hit by blunt force, this jutsu will transform the user into water to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks. Unfortunately, this jutsu seems to require some time before the user can return to a solid form.
Name: Water Release: Water Encampment Wall Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. This wall of water is especially effective at stopping fire techniques. The wall can be formed from a preexisting water source or by spitting a protective stream of water from the mouth.
Name: Water Release: Water Dragon Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style; Water Description: Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique takes the form of a giant, powerful dragon, created out of water. Another drawback to the technique is that it requires the user to be near a large body of water to complete the technique
Name: Under Water Motion Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: This technique allows the user to propel themselves through a body of water by using their chakra. While underwater, this technique will also partially mask their presence.
Name: Water Release: Water Sky Convergence Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: This jutsu enables the user to control surrounding water and moisture much like Gaara controls his sand. It can be used to block most incoming attacks, bind or drown opponents, and shape the water into various attacks, allowing the user in conjunction with the Summoning Technique to allow water-based summonings to fight in areas that it normally need water to move around by either trapping the target in the same water or maneuvering the water to allow the summing to chase the target. It is able to extract and utilize groundwater, and as is very effective most areas, but useless in rocky areas.
Name: Water Fang Bullet Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Water Description: This jutsu creates a circle of crushing water spikes around the opponent. It is very difficult to evade, however it will also require a sufficient water source nearby the target, preferably right below it.
Name: Wind Release: Wind Jump Type: Ninjutsu Style: Wind Rank: D-rank, Supplementary Description: This jutsu uses wind to launch the ninja much higher than he or she would be able to normally, making them able to launch 100 feet strait up with little effort.
Name: Wind Release: Wind Cutter Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Wind Description: A large slicing wind will be created which can cut through his opponent. This can be used to immobilize large targets. This technique can also be used to divide and neutralize an incoming wind attack launched against the user and make it harmless.
Name: Wind Release: Rotating Shuriken Type: C Type: Ninjutsu Style: Wind Description:This jutsu will infuse wind-based chakra into bladed weapons. The user can than manipulate the blades in a spinning manner to attack the target.
Name: Wind Release: Vacuum Wave Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Wind Description: The user takes a deep breath and spins his body around while exhaling a large blade of wind. The resulting blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets, causing great damage. It is similar to Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere, but it releases one large blade instead of several smaller blasts.
Name: Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Style: Wind Description: The user takes a deep breath and exhales several small blasts of wind chakra. The blasts are capable of piercing into an opponent's flesh, similar to bullets. It is similar to Wind Release: Vacuum Wave, but instead of shooting one large blast, it shoots several smaller ones.
Name: Shadow Shuriken Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user of this technique throws multiple large shuriken, for instance the Fūma Shuriken, in such a way that the first shuriken hides the subsequent ones by blocking the line of sight. To the target, it appears as if only one shuriken was thrown. In Part II, Naruto used this jutsu in combination with his Wind Release: Rasenshuriken.
Name: Haze Clone Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Description: At first glance it seems like a regular Clone Technique, but the Haze Clone uses a cunning trap to lure out the enemy. Using this technique together with the Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique, the enemy is led to believe that the real body is among the clones. As the Haze Clones are not physically real, the attack will just passes through them. While attention is drawn to the clones, the real body attacks from the blind spot. During the illusion and resulting chaos, the enemy, who is caught up in the technique, can be easily defeated.
Name: Shadow of the Dancing Leaf Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Description: The Shadow of the Dancing Leaf is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a swift upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. Since this is the opponent's blind spot, it can be used as a set up to a number of jutsu.
Name: Hiding with Camouflage Technique Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Style: Ninja Art Description: By controlling the reflection of light from one's surroundings with chakra, one can make oneself invisible. This allows the user to sneak up on their enemy without being noticed. It is impossible for people with normal eyes to find out the user's location. Only those with special eyes like the Sharingan or Byakugan can see through this technique.
