[~Kirini's personality is surprisingly the opposite of what people may think the first time they lay eyes on her. "Oh my god, It's Kirin the Awaken!" as they run from her in terror. Kirin is very kind, sweet-hearted. Fun and a down-right good person. The reason for this is because this is when she lost her memory of what she is. She would strike on sight with no remorse and do it whenever, and wherever because she was just that good. The old Kirin was arrogant yet intellegent, she wasn't as blunt as Kirin is now who would rush in for an attack not thinking. The old Kirin also is very tough with her hardened exterior meaning no one can break those her cold hearted actions and emotion for if anyone tried which they won't succeed anyway. She would strike them down within an instant. She was that protective over that and obviously very sensetive which is a bit of a mental weakness. However that isn't her today. Right now, Kirin is sweet, gentle hearted fellow who learned to control her cravings to go on blind yet pleasurable killing sprees on occasions and even help the injured. From time to time to survive she would kill a few animals for food.

Kirin takes a large liking into animals, varying from birds to snakes which are both her favorite species of animal. The snake has no limbs yet it always have the will to survive and strike fear when the birds however, fly high in the sky with no worry of ever getting attacked up their. No worries, carefree and hopefully not careless. In demon form, Kirin is quite the sinister. She reverts back to her cruel and evil personality. However not sadistic. It's the ONLY time she has some sort of smile on her face is when she is taking pleasure in reaping people of their lives. Whether it's the smile from the pleasure of killing someone. Or the thrill she recieves from chasing down, tracking and finding out the name of a target. Kirin becomes the predator and always get's her prey type personality. Kirin the pervert. She is very peverted and sometimes can't control wherever her hands wander off too. She would like to refer to herself, in her head every once in awhile she is "A Ladies man". She absolutely loves treating women right and often gets hooked on their beauty. She would flirts with them also but it isn't a strong enough distraction for her when she is in the "Zone."

Kirin is also very calm, she often likes horror and stays calm while in the way of sinister and evil things because she is use to it. She takes a liking to cruel and evil things. She is stronger than average seeing as she was trained by many people in her family to fight in hand to hand combat and firearm weaponry so she has high confidence when brawling agaisnt an opponent but Kirin is muniplative and would rather use her mind to defeat opponents and kill targets. Instead of going out to physically waste energy of fighting and killing an opponent or target. She would rather sit back and send others to do it or play mind games on the target or opponent instead, watching from behind as the opponent is tortured mentally and emotionally while Kirin doesn't even have to raise a finger for physical contact. Sometimes, in this intellegent world she cannot do so as much as she pleases. She wishes to obtain a job as a police officer or heard of a large country or city in which she can know the names of any and everyone that lives where she takes charge and kill them all, good or evil, family and friends. Kirin doesn't really care at all however she is alone in her mission. She decides now to strike fear in the hearts of everyone by making them bow to her and only her and for people to reconize her as the almighty Lord.

Which is her sinister plan that she knows will take more than one lifetime but with alittle help. It can take just one lifetime and not much effort. Kirin, lately have been known for her sinister, sadistic acts when facing incoming opponents. She would scream in pleasure as she dealt enjoyable pain on her opponents and when her opponents did the same to her, it would only drive her to want more. However in this state she has full control of her cravings, she only decides whether she should cut-loose or think smart.~]

Bio:
[Kirin was the First child of Hyonimaru Kirin. Him and his little brother were growing up in the time of the third world war. Hah, infact it only formed the person Kirin is today. Seeing random falling people in pure blood of others and their own crawl around the ground leaving a wide trail of blood wherever they crawled. Kirin learned from the cruel world that He only has family to trust and believe in. The evil mind of the young girl was so advanced for such a child that it can shock the world. Kirin's mind was being filled with thoughts of how to make the world better and how he would do things if only He was in charge. He learned the ways of the world that he lived in and thought of ways to improve it. Kirin was born an adventurer. A person that would rather go out and explore than to sit around in one place. Kirin as a young child was a pyromaniac. He loved fire and took an intrest to the gas that needs oxygen to have it's traits. He, would play with fire until He learned to master to it. he was burned many times playing around with it but He didn't mind. He was a tough girl. Kirin didn't like training much. Infact He didn't like hard work as a young child. He would rather send people to do things for his while He sits back and calls the shots. Instead he knew to ever survive in a hell ridden world He must become powerful in ways unimaginable. Kirin would use his mind to help his train under harsh conditions to make the outcome more powerful then ever. Kirin would use his mental intellegence to created defensive strategies and other types of strategies for battle with his brother that is the brute that loves water of the siblings. Together, Fire and Water was a dangerous duo inside his mind. He thought both of them had amazing traits about them that could be useful in the ninja world and had to rid the world of it's evil together. Kirin got a special blade from his father which is known as the Reaver. The reaver is the tool used for Kirin to send his element, when He devolps one to the sword to make it more dangerous.

Kirin came home one day to only find out his little brother, Yuriko had vanished from the home. Kirin had a knew goal and got ready as He set out to achieve that goal. Kirin got his tools and sword ready as he set out. Training hard to become a ninja so He could be able to leave the village on certain missions to look for his lost younger brother. He hoped that the sinister world hadn't swallowed his up with it's darkness and sad emotions of pain and misery. Such emotions and thoughts raged in the mind of Kirin which turned out to this dark and sinister aura Kirin gives off just by being close to someone let alone staring at someone. They feel the intense rage and sad mixed emotions. ]

[Kirin, a young male genin who passed who exams with too much ease. He was quite skilled ninja overall. Unlike most people who wanted to be unique. Kirin was overall a normal ninja. He was well rounded to the extreme as He can preform normal jutsu and skill easily. From taijutsu to genjutsu to ninjutsu. To tactical strategy, weapon handling and powerhousing. He was great at all of them and his jounin sensei took note of that. He parents were proud but He didn't do this for himself. He was doing it for Yuriko, for his younger brother. He a Yuriko had a special relationship with each other. They were close and made a bond that together they will both make it as high ranking ninja and save this world. However this world isn't worth saving if it's already heading downhill. Why save something that took you only happiness? Kirin refused to help a place where they take the only thing that made his smile and won't return it. His nindo was to never give up getting revenge. He trained hard enough that would put a genin in a coma from body stress. He was at a critical level and his body couldn't take anymore. His parents lost intrest in his and left him on the cold night grass. He was alone in the world and the only family He could trust had abandoned him.

He couldn't trust anyone at all. As his eyes were blurry and his mind needed intense rest and his body felt weary. He continued to train until He felt like He was dieing and still push alittle bit more than that. He body began to feel numb as He was lifting boulders three times his size. He was training every single attribute there was and his endurance was much abnormal of any average genin at the time. He was lifting boulders that would take thirty men to carry. He was moving at speeds that would make even the fastest of chuunin envious at the time. He was way ontop of his game. Other genin at the time were envious and feared him as He was very powerful at a young age. During the chuunin exams he passed the exams, defeating his opponents with ease at such great speed, strength and pure skill. After the chuunin exams, Kirin began to grow more into woman hood as his chest grew larger and made alot of men notice his large chest. Kirin completed missions easily as a chuunin. During the jounin exams, it was a bit tough because the chuunin were more dangerous. The chuunin looked deadly, dangerous but they were all kind to Kirin because of his looks. Kirin took advantage of that and defeated his opponents and made it as a jounin with ease. His next goal was to become an Anbu since He had no success finding his brother as a genin and a chuunin. As a jounin he was sure to find success. He took on many missions, sometimes completing two at once if they were in the same region, getting stronger as He searched for his brother but again. No success at all. Ryujinki was getting annoyed with the lack of luck he was receiving. Thus he then was restricted by the Kumogakure Officials of partaking in side quests during a mission. It could jeoperdize the missions and people lives. Kirin didn't give a care about what the officials said until they said, "Forget your brother. Is he worth many more lives by the way you lack focus on a mission. Your dangerous when your mind is clouded and you will cost many more people their lives....just as you did to your brother." Thus, That activated the evil within Ryujinki. He couldn't take it anymore. He decided to attack the Kumogakure official and almost succeeded if it wasn't for a Jounin that jumped infront of his blade. Kumogakure ninja retaliated with Haste which led to Ryujinki leaving the village, fleeing from the Lightning country to continue his search for his brother ~ alone.]

Well it didn't say it was KKG or Wasn't but I don't think it's fair to take my idea of using a Paper/Origami release ninja. Sure it's unsure that its KKG or not but if it is I will make it my KKG but if it isn't then its allowed for anyone to learn it and use it.

Well if that's the case then you are saying I can embed my chakra within almost any subtance that isn't a KKG already and use it to my advantage? It seems that Konan has it that way. Also it's your site. You can allow her to have more than ten extra jutsu if you want. C'mon man.

And as for using any substance you put chakra into and using it as you see fit? seems over powered, slightly god modded since you can literally put chakra into any substance and use it how you want, even if its not Kekke genkai..what is some new user decides to make a Kekke genkai out of a substance you used already?

It wasn't suppose to prove a point. Make you look bad or anything. It was to tell you that he got an exception, WHY can't I have one. Also, it only seems OP'd through your eyes and others who think like you. Not everyone thinks the same about something. You think Kinjutsu is just regular jutsu that is dubbed as forbidden. If thats so then why does it have it's own category. I view things differently then you do. Just as this conversation. You view my idea like almost every idea I had as OP'd. Well I'm not thinking in just dropping my chakra into anything and using it to my benefit. I mean dropping it into ONE substance because muniplating multiple substances would be too much. Anyway. What about first come, first serve? My friend asked to be Sasuke because he was inactive during that time. Then suddenly Sasuke becomes active again. I find that strange to be honest.

As I review this topic and all the conversations we had. It seems like you either want to make up an excuse to wait longer to get my character approved and when there's nothing wrong with the character it takes forever for it to get approved or atleast looked over. Actually the idea I just told you~

~Any ninja can do it. It's a simple method of releasing your chakra or pouring it into something and using chakra control to muniplate it. Such as inanimate objects and other crap.

Anyway. I'm gonna say this in a nice way. I'm tired and done with this site. Even though you made me very angry with the Madara being OP'd thing which is true and I agree now but you never seem to see the point others make. It's no point in arguing with an admin such as yourself. And the stupid Statement that said "S-Ranked and S-Skilled is the same thing." Kinda pissed me off too. But anyway, I'm gonna go now.

First off its a proven fact Kinjutsu is just regular Jutsu o_O Shadow clone jutsu is a Kinjutsu...it was labeled like that because they saw it dangerous if someone made too many clones or somthing like that i forget.....Rasen Shuriken was forbidden by Naruto to use by Tsunade because of the danegrs she saw it brought same thing with the Primary Lotus Guy made it forbidden for lee cause it hurt him as well as the opponent..Kinjutsu doesnt have its own Category..Primary lotus is Taijutsu...Rasenshuriken Ninjutsu but they are classified as Kinjutsu by others

And whats thing thing about first come firs served?? Sasuke was not inactive for 20 days which is the limit...I even stated that when "Your friend" tried to claim him, sasuke even Pmed me about Internet issues cause he didnt want his char taken away, to tell the truth he showed up every once in awhile during that time on his other account Yasuo

, Guess my main issue about that ability is that i probably figured youd use it as a loop hole to get Konan's ability, if not then that was my bad.

S-rank ad S-Skilled arn't the same in my View S-Rank is someone who is S-skilled..some one can be S-Skilled and not S-Ranked, I do not belive I ever said it was the same thing
