After, the needed handsigns are completed. Haku simply takes a huge breath nto his body as his Chakra fuseds Suiton and Katon nature chakras together inhis stomach to create Futton Natured Mist. unlike, the Skilled Mist Technique this technique is shot out at either ph level 1 or 0 Skill Mist. The Mist, once exhaled from haku's mouth, will rush out at speeds that would seem to break bone upon contact and form into a dragon's head. The Dragon is mist in form so once it hits anything solid it will either let the solid object go through it, melting it to nothing, or melt through it. The opponent will go through the dragon's head, if hit, and begin to get burned by the Acidic properties of the Futton Element.

After, the needed handsigns are done. Haku simply needs to flow Katon and Suiton element chakras through a body of water, wither it be mist, Steam, or actully liquid water. Once, that is done the water will take on the acidic Properties of Ph level 0 Skilled Mist. The body of water, if in Mist or Steam form, can be used just like the Skilled Mist Technique, which in turn would use up less of his chakra. Ths is simply becaue he must kept his chakra flowing through the Skilled Mist Technique, but for this technique it is a one shot hit with chakra. then, it stays Acidic until Haku returns it to its natural Ph level, with one single handsign[Horse].

The corpse Summoning Scroll is an Actual Jutus. The picture.... It is a summoning scroll used by Kabuto. Now, I don't believe it would be a jutsu sololy for him, but I could be wrong.
