| Ok All, As you all Know village attacks have not been allowed yet but that's sort of getting old so this is gonna be the first step into breaking it down, Village Leaders are now Able to Choose whether or not they want their Village Activated for attacking villages and Open to be attacked, If you want your Village Activated Leaders post here, Keep in mind once activated you cannot go back, Dormant villages cannot attack an Activated village
The List Below will show What village is Active for attacking and what is not
Keep in mind the Skirmish system is still in effect... Sand cant just attack the Cloud there are many countries to get through..so Capturing Lands will benefit Activated Villages Dormant Villages can still Capture lands too so don't mistake them as none threatening
Activated - These Villages can attack another village but also can be attacked
Dormant - Villages that cannot be attacked by ANYONE Rouges, travelers ect and cannot attack another village
