Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

I have 2 suggestions so far the First is that you keep the Akatsuki base hidden so only members and Admins could see it. My other is make a group app. so there can be more groups and more evil, which could stir up some plots

Not hiding the Base from other members due to Rps and Storylines that may involve another member who isnt an Akatsuki to like Joining the group or the base was found or somthing..
2 People can make groups through RPs and they will be added when it is fully formed
