Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

I say let the girl be immortal. It was already proven that if you cut off hidan's head he loses control of his body. So if you cut off her head and put it in a box and lock ti away its the same as killing her. So just let the girl be immortal. How ever Hei is head admin and needs to make final decision.
