Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

Appearance:

Hair - Sanshu has long, straight black hair that reaches to his waist. He keeps it in a
long ponytail, with a fringe of hair hanging down from the right side of his head.
Eyes - Sanshu's eyes have been changed, his pupils are the summoners symbol - A seal
that constantly creates a black shadow over his eye sockets that makes his eyes appear
black to everyone that looks at him - rendering it impossible to read his eye movements.
He can see perfectly fine through the shadow.
Skin - Sanshu's skin is white and pale - even though he spends time in the sun he, for
some reason, does not get a tan at all.
Headband - Sanshu's amegakure headband is worn on his forehead.
Clothing - Sanshu's clothing consists of a large black cloak with the summoner's symbol
on the back of it - the front is open exposing his chest, which he wears a black t-shirt. He
wears black pants that are similar to sweat-pants, with an elastic waistband.
Footwear - Sanshu wears black sandals.

Personality: Sansho has a very dull personality. He does not care for much, or really anything at all. If you are a threat, he will kill you. If you are not a threat, he will breifly observe you, and continue on. Not much bothers or surprises him, as he believes he has seen it all. He is very quick to strategize and defeat his opponents with his various jutsu. With a high IQ, he is not easy to defeat in a one on one fight.

Background/History:
Childhood Arc
When born, Amegakure doctors were puzzled by Sanshu's large chakra capacity. Even as a baby, he could have been already learning to use C-rank jutsu. This one detail is what makes Sanshu unique. His large chakra capacity allows him to perform his jutsu. Growing up, this was looked upon as defect. It was comparable to being retarded among Amegakure schools. This is what Sanshu had to live with as he aged into a young teen. Ridicule. Hate. This showed him that he should not care, as care was never shown for him. This would continue into his teen years.

Teen Arc
During his early teenage years, he was grouped with two other genin and his sensei. Although he can remember them clearly, their names escape him always. During the years of his early teenhood to early adulthood is when Sanshu's chakra capacity and jutsu collection started to grow. At the age of twelve, he passed the chunin exams flawlessly. He left two konohagakure and one kirigakure genin with broken limbs and fatal injuries. This was before he could even begin to use the jutsu he has now. Then all he had was the acadamy techniques. Soon after he was given a mission. This mission was given to his squad in secret, named by the givers 'The Symbol'. The mission was for two ninja - picked him and his sensei - to infiltrate an ancient ruin named 'Conjurers Rest' that is being guarded by another nation. During this mission, towards the end, Sanshu's sensei had been killed in combat. He was severly injured. Walking up to the target of the mission, was a open scroll.
He approached it, as it glowed with the symbol he now wears on his cloak and the seal he has on his eyes. Reading the scroll, It sealed his eyes permanently giving them the dark, shadowed look they have now. He learned all of his summoning techniques through this scroll. He kept it with him, studying it, memorizing the hand signs and names. He never reported back that he finished the mission. Only when Lord Pain arrived did he strike his headband in allegiance.

Adulthood Arc
During Sanshu's adulthood he learned all of his water ninjutsu. Most of them were from various completed missions of his - learned from the enemies or scrolls he found as loot. He continued to live on with his life until present day. Now that Lord Pain has turned Amegakure into a land of peace - He is no longer ridiculed and hated by others. Some see him as a figure of power. Others see him as a man walking by. His chakra capacity continues to grow with each passing day, a strange birth defect that he will always know somewhat as a curse, and somewhat a gift.
Not many know Sanshu, for he is not famous among his peers. He is an excellent fighter, with a high intelligence. Sanshu is not easily defeated one on one.
