After finailly coming out of otogatkure Sakon and Ukon seek something else,they wanted to keep an close eye on Mountain operations "Sakon...my brother.." he would say and then pause "What?" said sakon as he was growing irritated of his brother but he knew they were conected."Well,I Think we should establish a base here It would give and Ideal possition for a Garassion during this war.We would have an advantage up in the mountains,they would have to come to us." he would say the moutanins where a great idea for an base they began brainstorming of what to use to build it then they would quickly come up with some materials they would think of using "How about..We dig underground..And Underground hideout would be essintiall." he said as ukon nodded "Yes" they decided to dig underground,the only problem was what to use to get underground they would have to steal a nearby Machine.Sakon and Ukon qucikly searched the area,they seperated and looked all around finailly finding one near the village Ukon quickly got into it and drove off an ninja would follow him telling him to get off Sakon would take short work of him as he killed him with ease,they soon reached the idea spot high in the mountains they would dig a tunnel though it making a large opening there were Six rooms that they dug out Sakon and Ukon would make this and Ideal base for Operations they would stay there spiffing up the place until Orochimaru would come see.

Orochimaru arrived sometime later after Sakon told him that they were going to go establish a base. He only granted them a few workers and if the base turned out alright, he would move more troops into the base. His experiments however would stay in the sound village for now. Some of them were too important to be disturbed to be moved to another base. Orochimaru is very hard to please, but his expectations for this base were already dangerously low. He was wondering why he even wasted his time to come out here and look at the base. "Sakon... Ukon... If this is any lower than my current expectations, then I am having it destroyed and then you can try again..." Orochimaru continued forward towards the entrance of the base briskly walking past Sakon/Ukon.

Tough out the Base had been Just alot of rooms for right now but Sakon and Ukon fixed it up,in there were large pillars for support of the roof Candles lit the room.There was a white smooth floor.The Rooms consisted of an Laboratory for Orochimaru's experiments and a Observatory built into the lab.The Other rooms were a Prison,Hot tub,Sakon/Ukon's room witch consisted of a dark room no light anywhere there lyied an pallet on the ground were sakon had perviously sleept,A Data room a place to store information about past missions and Operations to keep them on file.Sakon came to the entrance waving Lord,Orochimaru in he said not a word just waved him in.He knew it would be hard to impress Oro but he had to try.

Orochimaru silently went through the base. Looking at the different rooms not saying anything, for there was not much to say in the first place. He went through the base rather quickly and passed through the exit back outside to the large cliff that the base was stationed on. Upon entering the open space he looked around for a moment thinking that he heard something near by. Pushing it out of his mind he brought to attention the base. "Hot tub? Pathetic. Get rid of it. You can give less space to yourself. Dig deeper into the mountain. Further down. It needs to be larger, much larger. More rooms. We'll take all prisoners of war to this base so more cells are needed. Reinforce the bars to the cells, no one needs to be able to get out. I will use it, but it still needs work... Much work..." Orochimaru began to walk away and make his journey back to the Sound Village. "You come notify me when you have added the mentioned renovations..."

"Raito, look what we have here. A couple of ninja in our territory. I believe we should put them to rest as fast as we can. I guess I will use......hm....I know." He thought to himself as he finally caught an idea. He was already on a branch of land on a higher mountain beside the mountain they were in. He bit his thumb and then slammed them on the ground before him to summon a Anshinritsumei Water Seal. The reason for this is they are digging a tunnel in the mountain. How barbaric of them. This is how ninja act now-a-days? No technology or jutsu to do this for them. 'Sigh' The water seal appeared in Tamotsu's hand as he attached it to a Kunai knife and skillfully aimed it inside the hole and concentrated lightning chakra in the kunai. Then he darted the kunai towards the hole, after a few seconds, because it was a long way to the other mountain it landed inside the hole, mostlikely caught the attention of the people inside. He released the seal and water started leaking out quick and fast, flooding the tunnel quickly and just before anyone can do anything in the cramped tunnel. Tamotsu activated his lightning chakra which was chakra from his body, expressed though his palm and into the kunai meaning he is channeling lightning chakra from his hand to the kunai like an lightning string. The lightning and the water equals paralyzation or death to any living thing that touches the water.
