Summonings:
~Wind Birds~
[The Wind birds, The birds are of different species that would flock out of a summoning area in which Tamotsu would place his hands and the summoning seal appear along with the flock of wind birds. The birds look completely normal and simple enough except when they open their mouth waves of wind that feels like heavy pressure falling upon the aimed target and when they flap their wings ferociously, wind currents blasts towards the target. The birds also explode when hit into wind blades. When the birds are hit they will poof and waves of wind currents as sharp as a blade come hurdling towards multiple directions. The birds are also for searching and for scouting, looking above for opponents and such. Tamotsu can turn the birds into pure Wind making it almost impossible to see the birds unless the opponent is a sensor and can sense the chakra easily. He can also muniplate the size of a Single bird during each summoning for riding on it's back for easier travel.]

{Anshinritsumei Seals}
[The Anshinritsumei Religion are a bunch of powerful highly intellegent and skilled priests who created powerful seals many years ago. By Tamotsu joining the religion it makes him a low leveled Ashinritsumei-en or an "Enlightener Priest". The seals are nothing short from good, respective and useful in the time of need. There are many different seals he can use with Priestial energy and writing on it. The user would have to activate it with any sort of signal but most of them activate on their own when the target or opponent.

Conceiling Seal - This Seal allows the user to Conceil his physical presence only.
Explosiong Seal - This seal allows the user to place the seal on any surface or person and create an explosion on signal.
Illusional Explosion Seal - This seal allows the user to place the seal on any surface, in a radius of the seal triggers a trap and if an opponent or target places itself in the radius then the seal will activate creating a massive explosion that is completely unreal but will feel real for ten whole seconds. The opponent will believe that the area had be blown completely to nothing but a huge crator the size of a small village. The radius is a 360 degree and about 2 miles of the seal.
Blaze Seal - This seal allows the user to Place the seal on any surface or person and the seal with set ablaze along with anything that it is attached too. The seal will activate on signal of the User.
Barrier Seal - This seal will allow the user to activate a barrier made of energy that will deflect all sorts of attacks. He can place the seal anywhere and it can activate on it's own or on the user's Signal.
Water Seal - This seal allows the user to generate water from the seal when he places it on a surface. The Water would burst from the seal and into the air and rain down on opponents. This Seal is a bit useless but when combined with lightning chakra it is very useful. Also it can put out low ranked fire techniques. Mostlikely low skileld B and under.
Ninja Tools - This Allows the user to summon ninja tools of the user's choosing including medicine.]

.:Ashinritsumei Trident:.
[The Ashinritsumei created a priestial staff in the form of a Trident. Yes that's right, they believed that Their god, The Light Bearer's brother is the god of the Waters and they created a Trident in respect to him and a tribute to the love of The Light Bearer and his family. It was given to Tamotsu when he showed that he was worthy enough to dwell the Light Bearer inside his body. Meaning he can be trusted and is strong enough to weild the trident and all of it's powers. The Trident, which Tamotsu uses mostly is for Chakra conducting and hacking and slashing but in reality, the Trident is strong enough to do Fuinjutsu and other priestial rituals. The is made for exorcising demons but doesn't work on the Light Bearer. The Trident can actually move on it's own but would rather be used by the weilder of the Light Bearer. It does not speak but uses Telepathy to communicate to send messegs one may not notice.]

-Electric Gloves-
[The Electric gloves allow the weilder to touch anything, a surface or a person and electrical currents are sent from the gloves and to the thing that the gloves touch. Of course it does not work on the weilder of the gloves.]

*Hidden Blades*
[Tamotsu is given Hidden blades that hide in his wrists and ankles under his sleeve. These blades will activate at Tamotsu's will and will sprout out instantly when he activates it. The blades at mostly used for sneak attacks and hidden counters. He also have some by his elbows aswell.]

The opponent experience a false concept that Tamotsu is heading towards him lightning fast or super slow or doing other things like generating an attack. which gives Tamotsu the upper hand because he can strike fast when his opponent thinks it's slow or strike slow when the opponent think it's fast or he can strike somewhere else while the opponent believe he is doing something else.]

For The Water Release: Exploding Colliding wave gonna have to ask that you use our demons chakra in order to use it due to the massive chakra it needs
