Name: Katon: Fenikkusu Heki [Fire Release: Phoenix Burst]

mouth to control it.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small ball shape whirlwind. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent. This jutsu seems to be very fast and very powerful seeing as it is capable of smashing through thick rock.

Description: After bringing their hand to their mouth, the user will then proceed to blowing a large blast of wind from their mouth. It can tear through trees and leave a path through the ground. It can not break through a bolder however, can cause massive bruising and breaking bones.

Description: Using Kira's specific Combustion chakra from his Yamamoto lineage, this is a standard fire style technique that is greatly enhanced by the Combustion Element. The fireball manifests as a sheer, enormous ball of fire enveloping the area and burning severely. Kira performs a series of seals and then emits this ball of fire from his mouth. The fire ball shoots out from his mouth about ten meters until it is at it's full expansion, a ball fifteen feet in diameter in any direction.

Description: Kira's primary sneak attack. Kira will perform a string of seals and then place his palm on the ground. Sending his Combustion chakra through the ground to his opponent, he can cause the chakra to come out of the ground as a column of fire or as an explosion, thanks to his Combustion chakra. The time this technique takes to reach an opponent varies depending on how close they are, but his chakra moves at 5m/second. A Hyuuga would be able to see the chakra under ground, but most shinobi are not aware of the attack until it is right under them, where they will feel a definite increase in the temperature.

Description: If this genjutsu is sucessful, then the victim will feel as though they have the vision of a drunk when they look at the user. The victim will see triple vision and their vision will become blurry. In addition to triple vision, the victim will feel off balance and sluggish, hindering their attacks and defense. The user will have chakra drain to keep this jutsu up. The user will be free to move around and attack the victim, although how much the user actually gets to move around with this jutsu in place depends on the amount of mastery of the jutsu.


Name: Enbu no Choucho [ Butterfly Waltz ]

Description: the user explodes into a mass of butterflies that swirls around the target making them slightly nausiated from their wing patterns, varying in color and design. While the target is trapped in the jutsu the user can not attack them without breaking the genjutsu, but the user can move around under the cover of the genjutsu so the target doesn't see where they have gone.
