This ability extends to breathing fire and breathing hot wind, and can boil water with jusgt a touch. Due to this kekkei genkai, Kaminari's skin is a couple degrees warmer than regular skin, making her seem like she is constantly running a high temperature.
Personality: Kaminari is often withdrawn, making her seem shy. However, this is only because her mind is often on the job, so she feels that attitude and personality is not needed when her purpose is to serve the Hokage and the Leaf Village. She is a strong believer of destiny and is a very perceptive person, she can easily tell when someone is lying to her, or when someone dislikes her, she is very analytical of people she talks to body language and personality. She often knows alot about most people just from watching them, which is a gift that comes very useful when interogating or any other on the job task.

Bio:
Kaminari was born and bred in the Leaf Village. From a young age she was trained for her purpose, as her parents often told her, it was to protect the leaf village. She excelled through the Academy, graduating at 10, and making chuunin rank at 11. She became a jounin at 13, and joined the ANBU when she was 15. For the past five years she was with the ANBU, she has become a very respected ninja with the Leaf Village and the Hokage.
