Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

Ekitai Purazuma showed up. "If you were looking for a fight, then you, my friend, have just found one. " She said. After which she stood quietly listing for the movement of the opponent.

Ekitai channeled a small amount of chakra into her weapon which caused to to curve around and come speeding at the back of Ai's head. Still, Ekitai was ready to lunge backwards if her weapon did not catch Ai in time.

When the weapon bounced off the scythe, Ekitai had it quickly wrap around it. She pulled the chain taught hoping to pull Ai's weapon out of her hand.

Ekitai whipped hear weapon back tossing the scythe far behind her. When the scythe hit the ground it made a clang sound, giving Ekitai a good look of everything around her. "A new weapon..." She retracted her weapon with a click sound. She pointed it at Ai and then sent a small burst of chakra into it which sent it speeding at Ai.

Ekitai repeated what she had preformed earlier, using the chakra that was still in the weapon, it curved downward to coil around Ai.

"Tch..." The weapon wrapped around Ai and held her tight. "I hope you have more..." Ekitai sent a powerful surge of lightning chakra through the weapon. If Ai didn't do anything, and fast, she would be electrocuted to death.
