Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

On the outside of the Akatsuki base on top of the large skeleton Akira was sitting on it his sword the Edios on his back with his eyes closed he was in a meditation like position and it looked like he was meditating, the clouds above covered the sun's rays and it looked like it would rain later on thunder cracked over the land in the far distance miles away it started to rain. Due to Pain's absence Akatsuki had a new leader, and that leader was Akira, he would use the organization for his own goals and plans, and capturing the tailed beasts was still the main goal of the organization. With the entire ninja world at war capturing the beasts might be hard due to the high security that would be maintained, but at the same time it might make things easy the confusion of war could lead Jinjuriki from their villages out in the open for capture.

"Do you think Ikki did it?? He could have easily be lying" A voice in Akira's Head said menacingly, Akira stayed in the same meditation like position and he answered back but instead of using thoughts he spoke softly with his mouth if anyone was around they might have found it strange it would look like he was talking to himself "I'm not totally sure, but there is a high possibility that he disobeyed, his emotional attachments are not needed in Akatsuki.." Akira said softly in a firm voice he opened his eyes to look up at the sky while the voice in his mind continued "If Itachi and Sorai don't find a tailed beast in the waterfall, should we go to the sand? they have the one tailed beast" The voice talking in Akira's mind was Akuryu the demon trapped inside the sword that Akira had it spoke to Akira telepathically on a regular basis even trying to annoy him sometimes. "That would be the logical place to go, but we'll wait, for now we'll act as a Mercenary group as we have been for so long, it will be a good way to weaken countries and get information at the same time" Akira replied to the demon taking his eyes off from the cloudy skies and started to glare at the ground below the skeleton he was sitting on

This place is so depressing Shion thought to himself wandering aimlessly from room to room in the desolate cave, The smell of death was everywhere along with cajun food, I freaking hate cajun food something screamed out inside him as he could feel the walls closing in and time begin to blur.He thought about training but found i boring and a waste of time sides who would he train with. He hated all the members of akutski and would gladly kill them all but right now he had to pretend to get along with them as there goals intertwined. Wondering from room to room he eventually came across Akira sitting on a skeleton. What a creepy guy he thought as he approached him. He heard him mumbling something to himself but couldnt make it out.Akira had become the new akutski leader and as such his rule was final.So whats the order boss?
