The chat begins

Within seconds shion appeared in the the office of the village leader and said with a smirk "Relax ive only come to talk." With that he sealed the doors and windows of the place making it impossible for anyone or even light to come into the room. Anyone passing by would only have the now dissapating mist to alert them to the fact that a ninja had broken into their village as the bodies were expertly disinigrated. Shions eyes burning red was the only light in the room as he stayed on the ceiling looming over the village leader.

Raiken was peacefully thinking in his newly pride seat, he sighed a moment. He had to think of his first plans as the leader of the village. Then in his gut he felt a funny feeling but it wasnt a good feeling at all. Like the temperature inside of his body was getting cold and hot and moving at a rapid rate. Looking at the window for a moment is when the room was sealed and a mysterious figure appeared before his Desk. With his Hat on he would not be able to look into his eyes, but Raiken wouldn't be able to look into his either. "So your the feeling I had in my stomach"

Shions eyes grew colder as he was unable to see the leaders making gaging his reactions harder tho not impossible. The little movements he made told his thoughts.

"That feeling could become much worse depending on your answer to these questions bare in mind that that not being civil or uncooperative will result in the loss of your head. Simply put i have come to be part of your village.You will make me co leader of the waterfall village, or you will no longer have it. Before you make your decision realize that i broke into your village and sealed you in a room within moments of my arrival.Your destiny can either be that of a thriving village under the watchfull eyes of akatski or your future ends when this kunai pierces your skull." He began playing with a kunai twisting it around his hand.

His head was down so you couldn't tell what he was thinking, little by little seconds were drifted away. There is a moment of silence, all that is heared is the sounds of the wind as this man played with a serious ninja tool like it was a toy. Then all that was heared was a chuckle, then laughing Activating his Raidengan he stands up slowly placing down his hat giving him a nice grin he scanned him up and down, the seal was weak. "First...you don't kill ninjas that have nothing to do with it..Second...the seal is so weak I can touch it and it disable. Third....Don't ever.....Threaten me....You want a village go after the grass village" Sighing for a moment as his chakra in his body went up, he looked at him "Tell me do you think your strong because you took on Chuunin Level ninjas....hehehehehe...If you wanted to be a part of my Village you must do 2 things first..."

Shion smirked as the ninja was dumb enough to let down the only divider between his and the enemys eyes within an instant.

The Chakra behind the back of his head activated and dispelled the Genjutsu quickly, then doing a side step to the wall dodging the Kunais and the attack from behind. He looks at both of the people, one of them seem to be a clone. Doing handseals Raiken shots mud balls at a shoot gun speed of rate to send him to the wall, he watched the clone "So your going to try and kill me...we can make arrangements"

The clone Disiaped on impact and returned to water around the ninjas feet. Shion created 3 more water clones the 2 grabed around the ninjas arms. And the other one stayed perfectly still asking him what he meant by make arrangements. Was this the ninjas way of saying he had changed his mind about his generous offer,

Raising both of his hands pointing to both of the clones that is coming at his arm"Pulse" Shooting a shockwave of Lightning and with its 120 range the clones should be dispelled pretty quickly, but that wasn't his concern. He sighed a moment"The Grass Village Leader....We need him assassinated....and we need a alliance with Orochimaru...meaning the Sound village..." Spoke Raiken, he wondered what the young little Akatsuki would say.

The clones turned into water as the ninja let away what element he was. the playing field was now even because of it, The other clone shot strait for the leader stabbing his clothing pinning him to the wall. Shion appeared right next to him with his blade at his throat asking him 1 last time. His voice was now a quiet whisper
"As far as your goals they seem to resemble our own ive spared you this time Will you join forces with akutski or die." Then looking him in the eyes with sharingan he said "I will either be your murderer or your best friend."

OOC:Im confused how you Sealed the place, and I used a ninja Skill not jutsu.


Due to his Doujutsu his reaction and time was alot better then his, with that ablity a head of him. He throws a Kunai forward at the clone as it made its way towards his body the Kunai would be moving in the air as Raiken Moved to the side due to the reaction the Kunai would maybe mostlikely hit the clone, After easily catching him appearing to the side, a kunai was slide from his sleeve then meeting his sword. "Alright...If were going to do this...Then you got to stop threatening me like that". Raiken Basicly agreed to the Organization Akatsuki commands, working together is going to be tough to beat.

Shion smirked and grabbed Raiken by the neck "buddy raiken I love how reasonable you are i would hate to have to kill ya", he said with a childish playing tone. "We will form the greatest team ever assembed.Organize the army tell them we attack at dawn... And do not mention anything of my involvement to our people."

Raiken Raised his left index finger up blocking his hand "Umm Yes indeed...Anyway meet me at the grass village Main Gates in a Month, I need to Train up, I'm extremely weak right now.....Untill Next time...Friend" With that Said he would step on the ground sending Lightning and Chakra through the room breaking the seal then his body dissappeared from the area.
