In the dense jungles of the Fang country deadly snakes and vicious creatures roamed about their business, on a path the Raikage E and two ANBU body guards walked a long path which was cleared for travelers the Heat the Jungle was heated, only a month away from the Rainy season E had left the village after his meeting with the Grass village leader, finally they reached the Capital, Many of the citizens were Hunters and what not, the Land of fangs did not have much of a military and had no Shinobi village but they were known by the conflicts with the land of claws, E knew this fairly well, he had to choose whether to go to the Fangs or the Claws, going to both might have put a strain on diplomacy with the other, The Anbu looked around keeping tabs on everyone's movements because Assassins could have been lurking in the shadows Finally they reached the Feudal lord's mansion there were many Guards but to a shinobi they were little defense.
E entered the Mansion leaving his ANBU behind as they were not permitted to enter along with him at first they did not like it but E put them at ease and he went on alone. Entering a large room E confronted the Land of Fang's Feudal lord who was a rather chubby man sitting on his throne with two guards at his side, E approached him and in an Ac of respect taking off his Raikage hat "Feudal lord of the Land of Fangs, I the Raikage of the cloud village humbly request your audience" E said there was a serious matter he wished to discuss with the lord. "What is it you Want Lord Raikage" The feudal lord replied. "I've come here to ask for one reason, the cloud village instead of invading your country and taking it over would like to settle this peacefully, I request to use your land for Military operations and protection of your country" E said firmly "as you know there is a Ninja war going on and there is no doubt that the Mist would invade the Land of fangs just to get closer to the Cloud, and you already know their nickname the bloody mist village.. they are brutal ninja and I wish to disallow them from using this country for their own gains" E said "So what is your answer?"
The Fang's feudal said nothing at first thinking about this carefully "Very well Raikage, do as you may..however if you use my land in a disloyal way this treaty is VOIDED!" and with that the decision was made, E turned around to leave the Mansion it was time to head back to the cloud
