Under Surveillance(US) = One or more countries have been spying on. Eg US-Mist = Under Surveillance by the mist village
Recovery(R) = Recovering from an attack or something
Skirmish Alert(SA) = There have been Numerous amount of Skirmishes in the area
Under Attack(UA) = There is An ongoing attack. Eg UA-Mist Under attack by the mist
Captured(C) = Has been Captured by. Eg C - Mist / C-Cloud etc
