After the great battle over the Grass village between the resistance Grass Ninja and the waterfall village ninja, the Resistance leader Yasuo annihilated the Waterfall village's leader and a mass amount of his forces, surely Yasuo's name would have traveled far and wide after such a feat..the conflict between the waterfall and the Grass was now an inactive conflict, the waterfall village suffered the loss of their leader, and a large amount of their ninja and at the same time the Grass had a low military power after the battles with the waterfall. It was Apparent that the grass would now need allies, but who? the leaf? or the next door Stone?, having one of the great ninja villages on the Grass's side would be a major benefit, and so Yasuo ordered his top ninja to take charge of the village while he would be gone. His decision was simple, he would go to the cloud village, they had not been in any conflict with anyone which was a sign of peaceful resolution, Yasuo hated war and only wanted peace for his village, the Cloud was strong and would be a good ally if needed.
Yasuo had already hear rumors of an Attack by the sand village on the land of rivers which showed a War like nature something he did not want with an Ally, Yasuo walked pass the repairing gates of the grass village and walked through the high grass heading out to the land of lightning he was followed by two of his most trusted Grass ninja and he looked back at his village that he was now in charge of to wave at its citizens who wished him a safe and peaceful journey
