Kazekage's Office.

Gaara of the Sand, the 5th Kazekage, begane his work in his office. he was busy filling out reports, paperwork, and mission files that is filled with constant pleas from foreign countries. Ever since the 3rd Great Ninja World War had ended around 3 - 4 Years ago but now the 4th Great Ninja war had began , Gaara was assigned by "them" to conquer this one who he has no interest in. But after a few years as their leadeer, he begins to feel the responsibility he had felt them, not to mention what he had done to 4th Kazekage , he had alot to take care of before he can join them. He smiled and reassured himself that he's now a member of the Five Great Nations, that had always cheered him up. He then took a big breath, and lowered his head, contuining with his work.

Sigh, the shinobi here are pretty strong.. not to mention their manners.. Gaara thought. Their system of creating and breeding talented and amazing warriors was successful and their ninja were always elite, strong, and follows the Code of Shinobi.Now the current Kazekage is up to something extraorindary. He plans to restore the way people graduate from the Academy. But in order to keep the happiness of people, Lord Kazekage assured that the top 6 Academy Students, regardless of grades or talent, would promote to Genin. As even inside the weak and poor shinboi of Sunagakure's Academy, once the melee graduation exam begins, he'll seek out true killer instinct and that's what all shinboi of sunagakure is hammered into them: Murderous Intent. They all have to will to fight on and risk their lives for the village, to brutally and forcefully slaughter everyone even their own comrades, to withstand gruesome tasks and crush all of those in their way, in just three months ever since Gaara became the Kazekage, Sunagakure became feared across the entire ninja world.

Ggaara smiled knowing his plan has worked, Sunagakure's Assassination Squads are fearsome and the Jounin are emotionless, or so it appears. Even the toughest fighters in the Sunagakure No Sato, including Genin, Chunin, Jounin, Hunter-Nins, and even his "trustworthy" advisors, their strength nor prowess could match Gaara's own, as they would be easily be controlled by his fearsome Sand Attacks. Happy to know that he's leading a very elite country, even during these times of peace and luxury, where money and raising prodigies were no longer a concern to the shinobi villages, the Renaissance was truly helpful in massively increasing the economy. Finishing filling out a D-rank mission plea, he grew bored and awaited for someone to enter through that door and ask for a mission....
