Curse Name: Curse Seal Of Heaven
Host: Katsu Takeshi
Appearance:

Abilities: 1st Stage: 20% increase in Chakra pools and physical abilities. 2nd Stage: 40% increase in Chakra pools and physical abilities.
Physical Body Strain: Everytime this seal is used, Katsu's body is put under great strain. When the seal is used up, he will be extremely tired for a certain amount of time.

Chakra Loss: Everytime this seal is used, Katsu gains an immense amount of chakra. However, when it retracts, the seal takes away the same amount he used. This cannot be countered by any seal.

Background: This seal consists of three tomoe, like the Sharingan. It is the counterpart to the Cursed Seal of Earth, and the two seals are the strongest of all the cursed seals that Orochimaru uses. The seal spreads over the user's body like flame when activated.

Katsu received her cursed seal while she was a a young boy at the age of 6. He, along with nine others, were the first people to receive a cursed seal. She was the only one to survive the application, hence the one in ten chance established by Orochimaru, but lacked the necessary will to use it. As such, her seal receded and Orochimaru wiped her memory. Orochimaru was able to reactivate it when they fought in the Forest of Death. It is possible that Orochimaru intended to use him as his next host, but was disappointed when he learned he lacked the malice to use the seal. Since Katsu never uses his seal, her mutated form is never seen in public or in battle alot.

Um sorry to but in but if you look at the sound 4 the curse seal of heaven was the result of testing with the other it didnt come on untill much later on. So in order to be one of the firsts to get the seal it wouldnt be the curse seal of heaven. The way orochimaru's curse seals suggest that it is induvidual for each person with the end results being diffrent for each person. However the basic increase in chakra is common among all variations.

Actually..Anko has the curse seal of Heaven but she doesnt use its power she was the Actual First to have it, Orochimaru was disappointed when they fought int he forest of death because she didn't use its power
