Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

Area Description-The Area Surrounded by a Lake with trees on the outside in the lake ly large rocks coming out of it high enough you can jump on them there is a Grassy area on the outskirts of the lake.The sun glistens off of the water Reflecting off the water the wind slightly blows hearing nothing but the trees and smelling nothing but the lake its like paradise.
