Leaf needs a New Hokage and since i made the leader system no one can actually just claim it, So the village must decide an Rp in the Hokage building should be created as a meeting of sorts or you can vote somewhere else..

Umm.. I was wondering can you elemental Train Like to get a New element since Sakon/Ukon dosnt have a Known Element.

Question 2:

You didnt answer my question about NPC armies I Think that NPC armies would be a Great Idea but I think they should cost alot so a Nation dosnt get to strong with alot of NPC armies and there should be a tax for having a npc army you have to pay your men who are working for you.
