Hyūga Style Serect Taijutsu

Kekkei Genkkai:Byakugan:he Byakugan (白眼; Viz "Evil Eye" or "All Seeing White Eye"; Literally meaning "White Eye") is a Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai, a genetic trait, that is shared amongst the members of the Hyūga clan. Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless white eyes.Although it is not stated directly, it is assumed that all members of the Hyūga family possess the Byakugan. It has been said that the Sharingan is a genetic offshoot of the Byakugan.

Just like the Sharingan, the Byakugan can also be transplanted into another person, as Ao of Kirigakure did so. Transplanted Byakugan can be activated and deactivated at the user's will, unlike the Sharingan which is always active.

Byakugan Three Kicks:The user kicks the opponent once on their knee, and then kicks them twice on their face in rapid succession, sending them spiraling upwards

Byakugan Three Strikes:Kishika grabs the opponents extended arm, flips them around and then strikes them thrice on the back, sending them flying.

Chakra Needle Technique:After focusing chakra outside the body, the chakra is formed into needles and propelled at the user's target. By using Byakugan, this technique can be used to hit very small targets, such as bees.

Eight Gates Bombardment:An extremely high level Tenketsu attack, this jutsu involves attacking and closing the Eight Gates.Kishika activates his Byakugan and instead of looking for his opponent's chakra points he attacks the Eight Gates.

Eight Trigrams Aerial Attack:Kishika runs at the enemy at full speed before jumping and hitting one of the foe's vital organs. Alternatively, she may jump from a high distance and palm the foe continually until all chakra points blast.

Eight Trigrams Crumbling Mountain Bombardment:Kisika strikes the enemy's vital area while discharging his chakra within the enemy's body until it bursts from the back in the form of a small thin beam that rapidly enlarges into a massive mountain-destroying wave of chakra.

Eight Trigrams Empty Palm:This jutsu is similar in practice to Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, but has a specific target rather than a general area. To perform it, The user takes aim at the enemy's vitals and releases a high-speed palm thrust. A "vacuum shell" compressed using the Gentle Fist is formed to violently push the opponent away. It is shot at the enemy's vitals which is pinpointed precisely with the help of the Byakugan with tremendous pressure.

Eight Trigrams Mountain Crusher:A more powerful variation of Eight Trigrams Empty Palm, this jutsu sends a wave of chakra directly towards an opponent, more than enough to shatter rock.

Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms:The Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms is a maneuver of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is essentially a doubled version of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms performed at twice the speed. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through one hundred and twenty-eight chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move. Alternatively, it can be used to hit a great number of targets very quickly.

Once someone is within range of Kishima's field of divination, he assumes a Gentle Fist stance and begins to deliver the attack:

* First, two consecutive strikes to make two.
* Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four.
* Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight.
* Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen.
* Fifth, sixteen consecutive strikes to make thirty two.
* Sixth, thirty two consecutive strikes to make sixty four.
* Seventh, another sixty four consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of one hundred and twenty eight strikes.

Eight Trigrams Palm Heavenly Spin Absolute:This jutsu is simply a larger, more powerful version of the Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin.

Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin:This jutsu utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from all of the user's chakra points. The released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. The user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. This jutsu is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack. If they cannot rotate, the user becomes vulnerable.

Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms:The Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms is a maneuver of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is reserved only for the Main branch of the Hyūga clan. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through sixty-four chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move.

Once someone is within range of Neji's field of divination, he assumes a Gentle Fist stance and begins to deliver the attack:

* First, two consecutive strikes to make two.
* Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four.
* Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight.
* Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen.
* Fifth, sixteen consecutive strikes to make thirty two.
* Sixth, another thirty two consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of sixty four strikes.

Each set of strikes is done at an exponentially increasing pace and strength. The attack not only disables the enemy but also knocks them back with every set of strikes. In the anime, a minor version of this technique is called the Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms technique, and the doubled version of this technique is called the Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms technique.

Eight Trigrams Spirit Palm:Kishika grabs the enemy and sends them flying.He then strikes with a powerful hit with his palm. This technique must be a defense against another attack.

Eight Trigrams Stream Palm Wave:Kishika uses a two-handed Gentle Fist on the enemy several times from all angles before dashing in front of them and charging chakra within his palms and striking the enemy, draining their chakra.

Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms:The Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms technique is a maneuver of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is essentially a halved version of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, but seems to be no less effective. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through thirty-two chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move.

Once someone is within range of her field of divination,Kishika assumes his Gentle Fist stance and begins to deliver his attack:

Eight Trigrams Three-Hundred-Sixty-One Palms:his jutsu allows the user to strike all 361 chakra points of the opponent, paralyzing them with each blow and instantly killing them upon the final hit. When using this technique, the speed of the user is comparable to that of the Reverse Lotus.

Eight Trigrams Ultimate Wind:Kishika uses Eight Trigrams Empty Palm thrice on his opponent, sending them crashing into a plateau of stone, before using it again to collapse the plateau on the opponent.

Four Sky Palms:Kishika attacks the enemy with the Eight Trigrams Empty Palm. The enemy is pushed back by the force of the technique and crashes into a stone plateau. Kishika then uses the Empty Palm Technique on the enemy two more times, pushing them deeper into the stone plateau. Finally,Kishika calls out "Four Sky Palms!" and strikes the enemy again, resulting in making the enemy be pushed inside the stone plateau, thus making it collapse on them.

Also, Neji is a Sidebranch member and he knew all of theses Techniques. You really can't split up the techniques like that when a Cannon character who is a Side Branch member has them as well. I know i'm only a mod. but that is my two cents. The Eight Gates assault as it is know is a Technique used against Rock lee. Yet, it is a Technique it is a Game debuted technique. So, you have to draw a Line on waht Jutsu we are going to allow. Since, A lot of game jutsu will most likely come out like this one was. So, Again I'm sorry for coming against your judgment. I'm just giving my two cents.

Secondly Neji was a genius ninja who learned them on his own, The reason im not allowing him to have them is that his bio said his father helped him with "rotations", side branch was NOT allowed to learn these techniques, if his Bio indicated something similar like Neji's learning on his own or stealing scrolls or something then it would be allowed but the fact that he mentioned nothing of this he wont be allowed to have them
