RP Sample: Arashi Saigo was found in the wilderness by an old turtle hermit who went by Kamemaru. Showing a vengeful nature, Arashi rarely listened to the old man. Until the day where these people attempted to raid their cabin. Arashi unable to do anything, was scared frightened and helpless, until his guardian decided to take those raiders down. Kamemaru showed intense martial art skills, and easily took them without a sweat., so Arashi, completely in awe, asked the man to teach him all he knew so he could one day protect people. He accepted the offer and from that day, Arashi and Kamemaru formed a very special bond.
The first thing Arashi was trained in was a special fighting style, which was dubbed the ‘Turtle Style’, which was an equal balance of brute force, speed and defense. Arashi could not at first grasp the fighting style due to him being used to be more offensive then anything else. He trained vigorously, day and night, but yet still could not get the hang of it. After training a week straight, he had finally got the hang of the fighting style. Now, all he had to do was master it.
After four months of training, a strange young man arrived by their cabin, saying he came seeking Kamemaru. That boy was Tategami, and he seemed to be on the same skill level as Arashi. This made Arashi sort of mad, thinking that Tategami had no prior training, challenged him. Arashi then revealed a technique which his master taught him: The Kamehameha, while Tategami used a similar move: Kure-nhameh. These moves collided and attempted to overpower each other, but Tategami’s technique seemed to be stronger. Arashi, humiliated and defeated, began to treat Tategami with disrespect.
Kamemaru finally arrived and stated that he sent for Tategami and he would be training aside Arashi and himself. Arashi just stated one thing: “Don’t get in my way, baldy!”. From that, Arashi and Tategami became rivals.
